Jacuzzi Information
Type: Standard jacuzzi (not an instant-heating hot tub)
Suggestion: Use the jacuzzi at night, when it’s more private and romantic under the stars.
The water heats automatically starting at 2 PM for 5 hours, so it will be ready for full use by 7 PM.

Sauna/Steam Bath -Should be available upon guest request, at least 2 hours in advance, to allow enough time to heat up.
House Rules

No parties or events allowed
No drugs permitted
No smoking inside the apartment (fine of USD 250)
Please keep noise down after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors

Pets are not allowed
All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets — any stained items may result in an additional charge
NOTE :
We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If they’re not observed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
Mid-stay clean: For stays longer than 14 days, we provide a mandatory mid‑stay clean every 14 days to maintain the listing’s cleanliness and comfort. The mid‑stay cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will match the listing’s standard cleaning fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required before check-in. For reservations made through certain booking platforms, this may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, subject to the property being left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damages being reported.

Alteration Requests Within 48 Hours of Checkout

Please note that any reservation alteration, including but not limited to extending your may incur an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the original cleaning fee charged for the reservation. This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your checkout date. Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is altered at short notice. By requesting an alteration within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.
