This property offers 2 bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds, an ottoman is located in the open plan area that can be made up as a double bed which is also very comfortable this enables the house to accommodate up to 6 people in total, one modern bathroom with shower and separate bath, a beautiful well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and large dinning table, the open plan lounge area consists of 2 lounges and 2 tubchairs as well as a modern flat screen tv mounted on the wall. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner the house is fully insulated and also has curtains and blinds on most windows. Outside there is a wonderful large covered deck area where you can sit back and relax watching the sunrise over St Georges Basin or the kangaroos passing by on the waterfront reserve at dusk most evenings alternatively just watching the activities that occur on St Georges Basin. You may gain access to the waterfront reserve through double gates off the property and launch your kayak, canoe, windsurfer or paddle board or even throw in a line from one of the many jetties ! Should you have other water craft that need to be launched from a boat ramp it is less than 1 kilometre down the road from our front gate.There is plenty of parking to park boats or jet skis on the property. A gas BBQ is also provided for outdoor living so you can soak up a little of this paradise

Nuffys Paradise is within walking distance of Palm beach, boat ramp. Palm beach and basin foreshore walking trails, cycle tracks, golf course, tennis courts, local shops, clubs, restaurants and take away food shops. It is a short drive or ride to Vincentia, Huskisson , Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park where the beautiful white sandy beach of Greenpatch and Hyams beach are located.
