Nubble Light Vacation Home - Close to Beaches

We had a lovely stay in this home! The pictures do not do the upstairs portion of the house justice, it was a gorgeous living space with so much natural light and plenty of space for our family. It was also a great location, so close to the lighthouse and close to both beaches! We loved our time here.

What a great location with in a stones throw of Nubble Light at the end of Cape Neddick Peninsula. It was always a dream of mine to stay out here and this house was perfect. The large welcome second story deck was an amazing place to sit out and embrace the cool weather and sunshine. The birds also loved this location as there was a small marshy area where they congregated and bathed and we were even blessed with a visit from a deer one morning. The kitchen was the perfect size for the limited cooking we did do and the dining room and living room were very spacious with plenty of natural lighting. The sunlight were also beneficial for opening up along with all the windows and sliders to give the perfect breeze and smell of the ocean everyday. Just a short walk puts you at Fox’s or the door step of Nubble Light. Venture up the road a piece and stop in at Dunn’s for so amazing ice cream. If you are really up for a walk you can even walk into town or directly to the North End of long Sands Beach. Just minutes to the Harbor, downtown, or Kittery by car this property delivers as your anchor point while exploring the many destinations like Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, Ogunquit and Ogunquit beach. A few little bumps in the stay were handled immediately by Melissa and she was super sweet to deal with.

Great place to stay in York! House was beautiful, had everything we needed to relax for the week. Location was great, right in the middle of short sands and long sands beach, practically across the street from Nuble, Fox’s and Dunne’s! Beautiful deck to enjoy the breeze and listen to the ocean. Living space upstairs with a large dinning table and lots of seating. Bedrooms down stairs and private. Would definitely rent again!

We loved the open concept living area and the ocean views. It had everything we needed and was just like settling into a second home. Lots of sleeping space for the kids. We also loved the outdoor patio. We didn't feel rushed to leave in the morning like we could typically at an inn or hotel. Great location /walk to Nubble Light house. Thank you!
