PLANNING AHEAD FOR THE SUMMER
Villa Caldogno is located in the upscale Sereno section of the gated community of Briarwood, just a few miles from downtown Naples and the white-sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a heated swimming pool and spa, cable television in the great room and each of the 4 spacious bedrooms as well.
There are two master suites - one with a king bed and one with a queen - each with an en-suite bath and each with private access to the pool

Stayed Dec 15, 2022A SUPERB HOUSE, WELL MAINTAINED. VERY WELL EQUIPPED BOTH IN THE HOUSE AND FOR THE BEACH. THE PATIO AND POOL AREA ARE THE BEST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. THE OWNER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE OUR STAY WAS PERFECT. WILL DEFINITELY TRY AND STAY HERE AGAIN

Stayed Dec 13, 2021I can’t express how amazing our stay at this home was. Very spacious for our family of 5 during our month long stay. The way house is split up for privacy was perfect for 5 adults. The neighborhood is beautifully kept, pristine actually. The host/owner was beyond amazing to work with, always available for a question and very quick to respond (and also gave great suggestions for restaurants and activities). The pool and hot tub area is so inviting and relaxing, we spend hours enjoying it. The kitchen was generously stocked with cooking gadgets and accessories. The lemon tree in the yard was icing on the cake. Fresh lemons daily and they were delicious and juicy. We cannot wait to plan our next trip (and we hope to be able to return to this beautiful home). This stay has convinced us that our retirement plan will include a home in Naples.

Stayed Jan 15, 2021This property was an amazing find! The pool area is spectacular and there are always areas of shade and sun during the day for whatever you prefer. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The layout of the house is fantastic especially if you have two groups of adults. The true master suite is very private but there is another master suite (albeit smaller) on the opposite side of the house. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you would need - lots of glassware, plates, and multiple ways to make coffee. The location is really accessible to so many things. We would vacation here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Dec 6, 2020We couldn’t have found a better home, amenities & hosts for our Covid holiday shelter! Robt & Kay & their home exceeded our expectations and made our 30+ day getaway the best! The size of all the rooms & living spaces with kitchen were stellar. Briarwood amenities w/tennis, pickle, basketball & sport court were amazing! Robt was extremely responsive. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Stayed Jan 15, 2019We spent almost two weeks in this lovely, well-equipped home. All of the homes in the neighborhood are beautifully landscaped, and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks every day. The swimming pool and especially the hot tub were terrific.

Stayed Aug 3, 2018Couldn’t fault anything, very nice house to spend 2 weeks in. Owner was super responsive when we had question about the a/c when we first arrived. We’ve stayed in Briarwood a number of times and always enjoy it here.
