The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the things we needed plus for our family beach week at OIB. The view of the inter-coastal waterway from the back of the house was amazing! The beach was a short walk and the house even had a little wagon for all our beach stuff. Heather was a great host, responding quickly to any question we had. Definitely look forward to coming back!

Our family absolutely loved staying here for our beach vacation! The house is beautiful and the pool area was a great place for us to unwind after a full day at the beach. The views of the sunset from the pool area were stunning!

Amazing / Outstanding / Beautiful Owners:Heather is absolutely amazing! Communication is very quick through VRBO. She also leaves her personal cell when you stay and communicates very quickly. She was happy to answer any questions we had during the entire trip. She made the reservation / check in / check out process extremely easy. She is just a wonderful lady who truly wants you to enjoy her house. The House:It’s gorgeous / it’s clean / it’s incredible. The house had plenty of room for our 4 families. It is also very nicely decorated and the back faces the sound. The sound has a gorgeous sunset view and morning sunrise. Plenty of boats to enjoy watching. The other huge plus is currently there are no houses to your left or right and no one can build behind them. It’s your own little oasis. This house is also FULLY stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. They also provided ALL linen, All Towles, Tide Pods, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.Amenities:-One of the best things this house has is an industrial ice maker in the garage. So convenient!-Two bars outside with two 65in TV’s behind them that can be seen from the pool.-The elevator was also convenient to get things to the top floor-PLENTY of fridge space. One full fridge in the garage / beer fridge behind outside bar / beer fridge in the bar room inside / Full fridge in the kitchen.-They also provide 8 nice beach chairs / some toys / and a wagon for your needs.Overall:This place is incredible.

We stayed at this home with our adult children and our two grandchildren (ages 8 and 11). We really enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor area with the two tiki areas and large televisions where we could listen to music/watch games. The home had just about everything we could need besides some paper supplies. They even had sand toys and a wagon for us to take the 5 minute stroll to the beach. We did get a little bit up at night (you should expect that) so I would recommend bringing lots of bug spray. It was great that the second floor had its own little living room and wet bar. Highly recommend it!

This place had all the amenities and more. So happy with this choice and we will be staying again! The owners are amazing and very responsive!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving getaway! We have used VRBO frequently over the years and NEVER stayed in such a beautiful, well-stocked home with amazing hosts! It is clear that they have been very thoughtful to consider the needs of their guests. The furniture and textiles were exceptional. Happy Vacationing!

Heather goes above and beyond! The attention to detail she has is not seen often in other rentals. The house is New and Very nice! Watching boats in the waterway with also a easy beach access.
