Notre maison est très bien équipée avec une surface totale de 108 m2, une terrasse de 42 m2 avec pergola bioclimatique.

Charmant village avec commerces à proximité.
Le parc Birabeille au bord de la rivière l'Eyre propose :
boulodrome, piste de skate/vélos pour enfants, jeux pour enfants, soirées animées avec bar et restauration, spectacles, accrobranches et canoé. Parcs d'attraction et zoo à proximité. Nombreuses pistes cyclables.

Situation géographique idéale :
40 min de Bordeaux centre, 30 minutes d'Arcachon, 20 minutes du bassin, 30 minutes des plages océanes et de la dune du Pyla, 20 minutes du lac de Sanguinet, 30 minutes du lac de Biscarosse, 1h00 du Cap Ferret.
