Northern Paradise on Lake Vermilion - Year Round Home

Nice clean cabin right on beautiful Lake Vermilion. Easy to access and enjoy the lake. Great boat launch nearby along with being close to Tower.

Our family of 5 plus our dog had a fantastic time during our MEA break (October)! We loved how pet friendly the cabin was. The cabin was well appointed and clean. Our three kids (ages 9-10) had a great time with the foosball and air hockey table! The trail near the cabin was beautiful. We brought our boat and the dock was great. The nearby Soudan Mine State Park was very interesting and our kids loved it! If other larger families come to stay, would recommend bringing some plates as the cabin only had 4 large plates and 4 smaller plates (NOT a huge deal at all). Would definitley stay here again!

Great house, full kitchen, game room in the basement. Lots of fun and memories had here in the 3 years we have stayed. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the property as far as fall fishing goes. Sean the owner was also very helpful and responded to questions promptly. I would stay there again. A few noteworthy items: 1. all windows are air tight and do not open. You have to run A/C to get fresh air inside the house. Wish sleeping with open windows was possible. 2. The list of rules and instructions is pretty long. You may need to leverage AI to summarize key points. Jk. 3. Sean provided lots of firewood for bonfire. 4. There is a ring camera by the front and back doors. You need to be comfortable with being on someone’s camera.

Which really enjoyed our stay at this cabin up north. Listing was very accurate, cabin was very clean, and horses were very communicative. The only thing that could’ve made our week better was some warmer weather.

This was our 4th stay. Beautiful updates in the kitchen and front deck…love having a dishwasher! Great walleye fishing all week. We’re always very comfortable here, and the host is super responsive. We’ve never had an issue with the cabin or dock. Plenty of options for sleeping & relaxation. The west view on the back deck is superb. Enjoyed a visit to the International Wolf Center in Ely. It’s super convenient to the grocery store & restaurants in Tower, as well as bait We’ll definitely rebook!

We enjoyed a family winter wknd away. Easy access to all winter activities! Great game room for families with kids! Would love to make it back there sometime!!

Property was perfect for us, had everything we needed. Stayed to access lake for ice fishing. Sean was very responsive! Will be back again

Thanks for hosting! We had a great time. Unfortunately no muskies caught but fun time exploring the area. Happy the pier was still in the water. Would be awesome if the spice cabinet was labeled, we thought it was a breaker box! Thanks!

4 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs, 6 nights. Had a great stay. Great weather & great fishing. All is as advertised. We used the basement bedroom this stay, and it was comfortable. It’s great having a place to clean the fish & handle the remains on site. We went out to eat twice, and prepared all other meals at home. We enjoy being close to Tower. Sean is super responsive.and we look forward to rebooking.

Great place to enjoy a vacation. This is our yearly vacation destination because it is clean and accommodating. Hosts are quick to reply. Great location for us and they have fun games to play.

Property was as advertised and very clean. We were comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us and our two dogs. Hubby would appreciate a TV antenna for local channels vs just streaming service, but wifi worked great. Nice boat dock and quick access to great fishing spots as well as a nice setup for fish cleaning. Host was very responsive and we had no issues during our 6 day stay. Will definitely rebook.
