Despite having gone during a storm, stayed inside most of the time and felt like we still had lots to do! Comfortable beds and beautiful location!

Perfect house for our family of 12 vacation! The house was set up with everything from beach chairs to paddle boards. Sunsets were beautiful! Definitely would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need. Close walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the pier. Definitely would recommend! Looking forward to going back someday.

It was super easy to find and check-in. Located perfectly next to the beach with a short easy walk. Plenty of beds that were comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the smell, hard to explain but like bad breath/something dead everywhere in the house. The worst spots were the garage and the first floor bedroom but the smell did travel through most of the house. Wondering if it was something to do with the filters becuase we would smell it more when the air would kick on. It was very well supplied for things for the beach which we appreciated. Overall it was a decent stay!

The property is in a perfect location and has everything you could ever need for the beach. The house was very clean, had all the equipment you need and the owner was very responsive. We had a full house with lots of kiddos. The trip left everyone with lifetime memories.

Great house that has everything you need for your stay. All the way to beach chairs, carts, life vests, fishing poles etc.Every kitchen utensils, appliances, etc.Great views and an easy walk to the beach as well. Not that a car wasn’t hard getting everywhere, we would definitely rent a golf cart next time to get around.

Wonderful property and owners! We had so much room and loved that the owners shared all of their beach equipment and beach towels with us so that we didn’t have to pack all of ours. They were responsive to our questions and concerns and handled everything quickly. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful sound-side home 2 blocks from beach with every amenity we could want... and more. The pier was the kids favorite with crabbing, fishing, and paddle boards. Kitchen was well stocked. Clean and modern bathrooms. Bedrooms were relaxing with the most comfortable beds and we all slept well. We wish we had looked earlier for a vacation home so we could have stayed longer. We were sad to leave and hope to return many times in the future.

Exceptional vacation home. Everything a person could need was on hand. We had an issue with the upstairs air, and Heather sent someone the next morning to fix it. I would definitely book this location again if i were to stay in the area.

We brought 4 adults and 6 kids and had a great weekend at this house. Beach access was a very short walk and they had all the beach toys and gear we could've needed. The private dock on the bay side was great for paddleboarding or for sitting and enjoying the afternoon. Everything was clean and well-stocked and the kids bunk room was great for all the kids.

The description of the house was accurate. The house had everything our family needed. We enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to communicate with our host. I would definitely book again.

This home has it all! The kitchen is well stocked with any item you may need to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable and having a full size washer and dryer is so helpful. The views of the canal are gorgeous and the screened porch was a peaceful place to begin each morning.

We stayed at this house with my entire extended family which included 6 kids. Although Hurricane Debby rolled through most of our week we made the best of it. The house is amazing: clean, perfect location, and awesome set up. For us the house was the best of both worlds. It was steps from the beach but we also utilized the dock and the intercoastal as well (the kids loved the lily pad off the dock). We rented a boat one day to take on the intercostal and the kids caught numerous fish and crabs right off the dock (to include flounder). The house literally comes with everything you need for a beach vacation: beach chairs, toys, etc and is so well stocked with everything you need. During the rainy days we had numerous ping pong tournaments in the garage or just relaxed in the screened in porch and watched the storms. I cannot be more complimentary about the owners. They were more than accommodating and were there for us immediately if we needed anything or had questions. I highly recommend this house and looking forward to booking this place in the future.
