Northeast Wilmington Home ~ 5 Mi to Beach!

Very clean, very pet friendly, nice quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a couple nights while we were moving our son into his dorm at UNCW. The place was perfect for us—plenty of room to relax, very comfortable, nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay. We stayed the weekend to move our daughter and it was a great location to university. Super clean. Nice fenced in yard for our dog. Host was super nice and responsive. Bed was super comfortable! Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed mid-June and found everything to be clean and comfortable. Vacationed with our golden retriever who really appreciated the completely fenced in back yard. The kitchen was very well stocked (I even made an apple tart with what they had there!). We had easy access to Long Leaf Park, where we went every morning with the dog for a bit of extra (dog) excitement. Because it was mid June, we couldn't really enjoy outside (too hot) and quite a bit of noise from Military Cutoff (but only when we were outside. Inside was pleasantly tranquil even given the 4 sliding glass doors! ) The main bedroom had no closet since that door was locked, but the secondary bedroom had a whole wall of mirrored-sliding-door closets. Wonderful supply of shower necessities, linens, paper products, and kitchen products, including some spices. Also some K-cups (but we used the drip coffee maker instead..it was right next to the blender!) Dawn was a great property manager and very helpful with any questions. WiFi was nice too. Very convenient to Mayfaire, grocery stores and planet fitness.

Very welcoming home, kept tidy & had all the necessities there. Backyard is beautiful with a great fire pit & plenty of space for a group. Would stay here again, enjoyed it so much.

We had a long weekend in Wilmington for a family celebration and the house was an excellent base for us. It was very clean, very well equipped with so many kitchen necessities, and everything worked just fine. We all agreed we would stay at this house again!

This weekend was absolutely amazing! The home was even more beautiful in person, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was in a great location, close to everything we needed, while still feeling peaceful and private. The home was spotless and so well cared for, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen very well equipped. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend Sweet D’s filled croissants! Hope to come again

The house was fabulous! We loved the layout and it was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was great having a yard for the dogs to run around in and explore. While I expected to be charged extra for my dogs, I did not expect the additional cleaning fee, which was substantial. We make it a point to leave places as clean as possible when we leave. For that reason, we will probably not return.

Beautiful property, clean, well maintained. Fabulous backyard for my dogs. House is much bigger than we thought. Will stay again!

The pictures are great and it was even better in person. Lovely home, comfortable accomodations. Felt very safe. Excellent yard for our little doggie and nice neighborhood for our walk. Look forward to staying again when we are back in town.
