We had a great stay here with my parents and our adult children. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, and plenty of room to gather together. Location was great for skiing, shopping, and dining. House was clean, and communicating with the host was easy. Would definitely book again!

This house was big and wonderful! The views were beautiful. Our only wish is that it wasn’t on the top of a long hill. We would have loved to be able to walk to and from town.

Overall it was excellent, the only complaint I had was the couches and furniture in the family room is so old and uncomfortable. One chair we sat in and the leg fell off. Replace and it would be the perfect stay. Overall past that I’d highly recommend.

Overall a great place to stay for a week - spacious with lots of room to spread out, and quiet, fantastic location, easily accessible to downtown North Conway, the White Mountains, and everything in between. Smart TVs in all rooms. Plenty of bathrooms, closet and dresser space. I will echo what other reviews said: some bedding/pillows smelled old & need replacing; and not sure there is parking for 3 cars (we only had 2 & parked one partly on gravel). Property management was very nice & responsive. Accommodated an early check-in which was very helpful. Walking barefoot left our feet dirty so the floors could use a deep clean. The upstairs master shower had a lot of pink mildew/dark mold & needs a good scrubbing (or new caulking), but the other shower was spotless. There was a tip request envelope provided, which we thought was weird, as a cleaning fee is included, and because it wasn't the cleanest house, we declined to tip (we also bagged our trash, ran dishwasher, etc.). Had an issue where the grill was rusted out & new one was delivered very quickly. Same with a quick fix for a missing patio umbrella part. Asked about adjusting the fireplace flame as it was very low/weak, but told nothing could be done. Beautiful surroundings, nice deck on back. Front porch was cute, but a few chairs were broken & needed a wipe down. The house has had some miles put on it since the photos were taken, but it was comfortable & had what we needed. Would recommend for big families.
