Stayed Dec 26, 2025The house was beautiful, clean, and was so generously stocked! It was perfect for our multigenerational family and some with mobility issues. Our dogs loved the enclosed yard too!

Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing on the cape for about 30 years now and have never had any complaints but I will have to say that it is going to be hard to beat Sippin Sunshine. We had our kids and their kids, our grands with us and everyone loved the house, the game room, pool, all the beach gear the location and the weather. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. Already looking forward to next year!

Location, view, comfort, clean and super well stocked with everything you need. I have rented tons of homes and I've never seen a house as well stocked as this one. They provided 14 beach chairs, kayaks, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, games, books. The beach was a super short walk down the private boardwalk. We loved hanging out at the pool in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach, and I especially loved the gas firepit. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the beds were super comfortable after a long day. Donna was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this house. I will be back.

Stayed May 3, 2024This place is everything you could want in a beach house! The private walkway made getting to the beach such a breeze. The pool with the tanning ledge was perfect for our big and little kids. The whole property was so clean and they had so many items in stock, which we greatly appreciated! Would definitely love to stay again!
