Wonderful house for our annual family vacation. 1st stay on the Cape and definitely will be back.

We arrived for our once-a-year visit to the cape to find that this years rental was perfectly prepared for our visit. The photos of the property, both exterior and interior were accurately represented. Our family made some great memories in this well-kept vacation home.Thank you for everything!Ruth

It is beautifully decorated and has lots of space to hang out together as a family or to spread out into separate areas. The kitchen is well stocked with absolutely everything you need (including a crock pot, which I have NEVER seen in a vacation rental home before), and there are enough glasses, plates, and pots and pans to make preparing meals at home easy. The pool is added bonus that we won't be able to do with out ever again while staying on the Cape. We spent so much time in the pool. However, the beach is just a short walk from the home, so we spent plenty of time at the beach, too. We will absolutely stay at Brighter Days again!

I have rented many many rentals and I do have to say this house is absolutely astonishing! The house is cute and has everything you need for an amazing vacation! The beach was breathtaking, it was very private and the kids couldn’t get enough of the heated pool! This house has been favorited and will be on our list of places we will be renting again! Thank you again for this lovely stay and clean house!

The negative was that there were to many problems with the property that were never addressed before our arrival. There is suppose to be an inspection of the property which either didn't happen or was very lax!! We didn't complain because it doesn't do any good. We have been their before. We left a list of problems with the cleaners and hope they det corrected!

There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was well stocked, even better than most places we have stayed in the past. It is a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful. I would highly recommend Brighter Days as your destination. You can tell a lot of thought went into the place with the way it is designed and decorated. Super clean and a great place to stay. My family and I will definitely be returning if we find our way back to Cape San Blas.

Kitchen with top of the line appliances and very spacious pantry to keep your items organized. Elevator super handy for transporting groceries. Bathroom and refrigerator on first floor super handy when enjoying pool time. Well planned out home with much forethought for ensuring a great beach vacation.

This beautifully well appointed and comfortable home was perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults and 2 children. The property had incredible views for morning coffee and the beach was just a short walk. Bonuses included a swimming pool, elevator and ground floor powder room.

The house is close walking distance to the beach, the walkway does involve stairs to traverse the dune system so this would be a consideration for any with mobility limitations. There are ocean views from the home, which can be enjoyed from the open-concept kitchen/ living room and large ocean-facing deck.
