North Cape, beautiful ocean view, private pool, hot tub, fire pit, 4th of July!

House was well equipped, and Ashley was quick to respond with a minor hiccup we encountered. The house has great amenities and is close to the beach. There are some decent stairs to climb to keep in mind for those who may struggle with them. Overall, a great place to enjoy the Cape!

Overall a beautiful week on the Cape! The house was as described. Beds were great. Felt clean but it’s feeling a little worn out- paint needed in many places. We were really surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the grill. Our Minature schnauzer was thankful to have a place to run but be warned, smaller dogs can escape the fence. Honestly an awesome week.

Excellent location. Ashley was wonderful to work with and very responsive when answering any questions prior to our arrival. The beach access was easy, convenient and accommodating for little ones who needed to go back and worth. Best vacation we have had for years and will definitely be returning.

Ashley was always very quick to respond any time we communicated with her. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Short little walk down the shared boardwalk to the beach. House was as pictured and we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home Ashley!

We had the best time at this house. Very close (less than 100 yards) from the beach. Pool was fun and hot tub was great. They had throws to throw on both couches to protect the furniture. Kitchen was very stocked. They left lots of garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Location was perfect for us. Safe area. Flies were annoying but we had perfect weather the whole time. Host was very accommodating and answered any questions. Lots of steps which is understandable when hurricanes come in. Memorable week!!!

Great house with extremely close proximity to the beach and great views!

The property was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly! Our kids enjoyed their first hot tub experience and enjoyed playing Clue for the first time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the gas grill worked great and was clean, the decorations were up to date, and they even left a shirt and bottle of wine for a welcome! Highly recommend.

We loved this house and discovering Cape San Blas/Port St. Joe for the first time - 3 adults and 3 teens. The house and location are even better in person. The yard areas give it a cozy vibe, whether in the pool, hot tub, on decks. Beautiful palms and flowers. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and completely stocked, so close to the beach, beautiful views. Great rooms/bathrooms. Thoughtful touches by owners. We rode bikes often to each of two nearby grocery stores (2 minutes), got donuts at Webers, shopped & ate in PSJ, climbed the lighthouse (pretty park), got tasty seafood at St. Joe Shrimp Co nearby, visited the state park. I really hope to return! It was tough to leave! Ashley is really great and easy to communicate with. Thankful they share this gem.

We all loved this house and the surrounding area. It was our first visit to Port St Joe and we absolutely loved it. Ashley was especially great with communication and taking care of us.

We've been going to Cape San Blas for years and this is y far my favorite house we have rented. The layout of the house was great, very clean, everything worked correctly. I hope we can go back!

We have traveled to the Cape for many years. This is such a great location with easy access to beach. We also enjoyed the porches especially at night listening to the waves! Would love to stay here in the future!
