Norfolks Beachfront Cottage—Simple Seaside Living

Escape to Norfolks, a delightful beachfront cottage designed for comfort and convenience. The open-plan living area boasts timber floors, a fireplace, and expansive windows creates a welcoming coastal atmosphere. Curl up on the lounge after a swim, warm up by the fire on cooler nights, or simply let the ocean views set the pace of the day.

The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, offering a practical setting for shared meals, with plenty of bench space and everything neededfor relaxed, home-style cooking. Just beside it, the dining area sits beneath timber-lined ceilings and glass doors, encouraging long lunches and sunset dinners with the coast as your backdrop. Step outside to the front balcony, where morning coffee comes with salt air and an uninterrupted outlook across Middleton Point. A rear garden offers a more sheltered setting for alfresco dining, with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and space to gather under the stars beside the fire pit.

The first bedroom feels like a true retreat, positioned to capture uninterrupted ocean views and fitted with a queen bed for restful nights. The second bedroom is ideal for families or friends, offering a queen bed alongside a single, styled simply for comfort and flexibility. The bathroom is simple but practical, featuring a separate bath and shower.

A laundry area adds everyday convenience, while heating, cooling, and a dedicated workspace support easy, comfortable, longer stays, with a driveway providing off-street parking.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

One well-behaved, non-shedding dog may be welcome with prior approval. $75 pet fee applies. Please note there is no fencing—dogs must accompany you when you leave the house.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Bond (authorisation hold) $500. Not taken until the day before your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
