Whilst the adjacent large dining table provides seating for ten people and opens to a large deck on the seaward side of the home, offering hooded gas barbeque, outdoor dining table & chairs, excellent for summer evening dining. With ocean “glimpses” this deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard, complete with large lawn, outdoor shower & bath with hot & cold running water. The wood fired Pizza oven is available for use, season permitting!
A second smaller deck at the front with views towards the hills, has access from the upstairs living area as well as the Master bedroom, with its King bed, ensuite and walk in Robe.
The downstairs level offers 2 Queen bed bedrooms with wardrobes and a bunkroom with 2 single size bunkbeds and a chest of drawers. There are also 2 full sized bathrooms on this level with shower, basin & toilet. The kid friendly living area on this lower level features a large screen TV connected to DVD player (some DVD’s provided), 2 sofas and bean bags. There is also a dartboard for the bigger kids!
Laundry facilities include washing machine, outdoor line & heatpump clothes dryer if required.
Ample driveway parking for 2 or more cars.
