Very pleasant single storey villa on fully enclosed land of 450 m2

The house is located in Vieil, 250m from Mardi Gras beach, 500m from shops in the typical village of Vieil, 2km from Noirmoutier

It is suitable for 7/10 people

A large living room (48 m2) with kitchen open to the dining room and living room, facing south and overlooking the garden through 2 large bay windows
The kitchen is fully equipped (202 l fridge, 75 l freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher)

The night parts are divided into two zones, on each side of the living room:

West side: a cellar, a cupboard, an independent toilet and a bedroom suite of 19 m2 (160 cm bed) with Italian shower and 2 sinks

East side: one bedroom with double bed of 140, the other with 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed of 2m (4 beds possible), 1 bathroom, separate wc, many cupboards, and a small patio

All bedrooms have direct access to the garden

In the living room you will find a television, a HIFI Bluetooth radio, a WIFI connection, 3 armchairs, a coffee table and a convertible sofa (sleeps 2)
The dining room has a large wooden table with possible extension (10 people)

The cellar is equipped with a worktop with sink and a washing machine

Outside you can lounge on a large wooden terrace with deckchair, armchair, garden furniture and parasol

You can also enjoy a large covered courtyard equipped with a summer kitchen with gas barbecue and 2 large tables

Private parking in front of the house allows you to park 3 vehicles

This house is very new. We are very attached to it and we ask the tenants to be very attentive and to take great care of it.
The house is non smoking and animals are not allowed
