Stayed Jul 1, 2018Was a wonderful location! Perfect base for Prescott activities and had everything we needed. Spent many hours on the porch reading, watching and saying hello to the people going by. Have signed up for 2020.

Stayed May 1, 2018Cute Victorian home that has what you need for your stay. Has a fenced yard with a small dog door perfect if you have a dog. So close to downtown yet no noise. Steve is very attentive. You really can't beat the value. One bedroom is upstairs, one is downstairs, perfect for three people. Has two window ac units which kept the place cool very well.
