NO STAIRS! PRIVATE POOL! Pets Welcome. Fenced area. Big yard. 1block to beach.

Property was as advertised. Could not check in until 5:30 due to cleaning. Overal everything was very good. Will rent again.

This was by far one of our best vacation rentals. Everything about the house was exactly what we needed but more than we expected. From the large rooms to the pool...it was perfect. Our host, Vic, was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, a huge thumbs up.

We had a great time on SGI during the Memorial Day holiday. The house was clean and in a great location! We were maybe a block to the beach with easy access. My husband and son enjoyed fishing the old causeway pier. My husband also enjoyed taking his paddleboard to Regatta Park less than a mile from the house on the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used it daily! Nice and heated! We will be back!

You should stop pushing the “No stairs”. While the house is only one level there are steps outside every door and the ones to the pool are treacherous and have no railing! I am handicapped. Not in a wheelchair, I walk with a cane and the risers on some of the steps cannot possibly be to code. The house is comfortable enough but the chair in the living room needs to be replaced, NOW!

It was clean. Owner was nice. The beach was the next street over, so it was only like a minute walk.

We had a great time at this property. Loved the layout of the house. The pool was clean and warm. The laundry area was great for storing coolers and also used that fridge for beer and bait. Overall, we were very pleased.

We found the property to be well maintained and convenient to all the island has to offer. We travel with our dog and the property worked well for her. We hope to stay again next year.

Pool was very nice. Quick walk to beach. No grass for dogs. No pool towels or hairdryer as mentioned. Could use a new couch and outdoor chairs.only 1 shower and it is in the laundry room.

No stairs is fabulous and being close to the beach was fabulous! However that master bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, especially without a shower. And the front bedroom mattress needs a replacement. This place also needs a good deep cleaning especially bathroom with shower.

I did not deal with the host but can tell you the owners of this property care about your experience. The home is just as pictured and super spacious inside. You can’t go wrong with this home and rest assured that the owners want you to fully enjoy your time. My only regret is that I didn’t book for a longer stay!!

Very clean and had everything we needed! Very responsive when needed. Fixed a small issue in a very timely manner with hood communication. Easy walk to the beach and nice walking path. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Marti & I really enjoyed the pool - it was wonderfully heated & a real luxury! & Everyone complimented the comfortable beds.We also recommend shopping at the Island View Seafood Market in Eastpoint: they had the freshest red snapper, stone crab claws & enormous red shrimps from local waters, Yum!Loved the quiet also! We also had the opportunity to watch the red worm lunar eclipse in the backyard - at totality all the stars you could see were absolutely amazing! SGI truly a dark sky friendly destination!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants. The living room sofa and chair could use an update, but otherwise, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time to St. George, and we can't wait to come back.

Our host was amazing and very attentive to any need we may have. He made sure the pool company came out and the pool was heated. It was clean and very comfortable for a multigenerational family to vacation.

We absolutely love the property. Several members of our party have issues with stairs and this ground level house was perfect. The beds and seating were comfortable. The heated pool was very enjoyable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent this home again.

Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!

We booked it because we was wanting to try somewhere different for vacation. The house itself was nice plenty of room about a three or four minute walk to the beach. The downside was one of the bathrooms. Had an out of order sign on it when we got there one did not have a shower and the one that did have a shower it was very small and they said that the pool was cleaned twice a week, but we was there seven days and no one ever came and cleaned it or vacuumed it there was still sand and dirt on the bottom of the pool the whole time we was there that wasn’t really that big a deal to us, though if we ever went back to St. George Island, we would probably stay there again

This house is old, old, old. It has not been maintained well. I would never stay here again. The listing indicates no stairs but there are many huge deep steps to the poor. Also, there are ramps from one bedroom to the kitchen and another ramp from a bedroom to the hall. There is a massive rusting storage building on the property filled with old appliances and furniture. At least 25% of the windows' seals are broken. Listing shows umbrella at pool, but there is not an umbrella or chairs, towels, or floats to take the beach. The gas grill had no propane tank. The small bedroom closet doors were broken stored inside the closet. Many of the blinds are broken. One of the two patios is only available from the outside and the patio door is missing a doorknob. Most light fixtures' globes are missing. I had to call the host to fix the shower drain which was not draining. Did I mention it was old?

Poor poor management. Took us 9 days to get a trash dumpster, and 3 days to get our green pool cleaned. The washing machine didnt spin out and there

Because of hurricane Helene, acess to the island/ property was blocked. 24 days later and the property manager will not return my messages and I cannot get a refund! Do not stay at any of their properties!
