Comfy three bedroom home, with private bedrooms. Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but still minutes away from everything. Wonderful for weekend or extended stays. New Orleans is a Louisiana city on the Mississippi River, near the Gulf of Mexico. Nicknamed the Big Easy, it's known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant live-music scene and spicy, singular cuisine reflecting its history as a melting pot of French, African and American cultures. Embodying its festive spirit isMardi Gras, the late-winter carnival famed for raucous costumed parades and street parties.

The host was amazing. The great communication was a big plus. The property was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this one again!

Easy to access. Excellent communication from the host. Cozy, clean accommodations, COLD A/C (super nice), with ample linens. Quiet area accessible to all you need.

The property is a close drive to everywhere we wanted to go: 4 min drive to the French Quarter, 10 min drive to Frenchman st, and a short 1.5 miles to Jazz Fest. The check in was easy and checkout directions were simple. Our host was helpful and communicative. We really appreciated them. The home had all the amenities we needed like AC, full kitchen, TVs, WiFi, and location. The home itself was clean!! The layout of the home was interesting which is why I gave it one less star from being perfect. But it’s ofc it’s a great spot for friends and family to share. Some minor updates that would help the property - the beds were comfortable but squeak and door hinges need some TLC.

This is a decent budget stay location if you want a house specifically. The unit is clean and the a/c is strong. In general, the area is quiet. You will need to bring your own toiletries and should be prepared to purchase some basics like paper towels, ziplocks, trash bags, etc. Beds are so so, no extra blankets. Dining set is small and wobbly. Bathrooms are functional and clean, very small. Ride share was not always easy to get and you will need to ride or drive everywhere. 15-20/trip to Bourbon, Frenchman, Riverfront.

The house was ok. I missed a washer, dryer and dishwasher, but that was my own fault for not checking the amenities carefully. It was generally well maintained but not as clean as it could be. Little things got overlooked, like hair in the shower and a half eaten tub of ranch dressing stuck between the mattress and box spring of one of the beds. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we never had any problems. The back door neighbor was a bit weird, asking my son-in-law to drive her to the SS office. But overall, it was well equipped and served our needs. The owner was responsive when we called for help opening the lock box. Might stay there again if we ever go back to NOLA.

Cute house, the carmel folger kureg coffee was super great, not too far from Bourbon st. The stepstool in the kitchen was a nice touch.

We stayed here with a total of 6 people and it was perfect for all of us! Very clean, smelled good, and felt bigger than the pictures inside. I rated 4 stars because the area itself didn't feel very safe/was slightly sketchy. Had quite a few people warn us to be careful in the area while walking to the bus stop which made us weary.

This place was decorated so well and smelled divine. It was only 8 minutes from Saenger Theater, which was where we going to see a show. However, the neighborhood wasn’t the best. Kitchen essentials were provided, including a Keurig with k-pods. The property manager was very responsive.
