We loved this property. It is very quaint and clean. The location is excellent. The owners were very responsive. We hope to stay here again during future visits to the area.

A very quaint home with something to entertain everyone. Great backyard with access to water, lots of parking and great gathering spaces.

The house was so perfect and was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. The only issue we had is running out-of hot water with showers but we had 6 people in the house.

The house and surrounding property were just what we where looking for in our stay in the area for scallop season. Easily fit both our boats (15 & 22), and had ample parking for both vehicles and trailers. The setup of the house was perfect for both couples and children. The best part was sitting on the patio with the awesome view of the waterway and other houses. We also enjoyed taking evening walks through the nice neighborhood. The location is convenient to the main channel for scalloping or heading to the spring. The owner was easy to get a hold of if anything was needed. Already booked for next year!!!

We had a great week at this rental! Canal access was fantastic with the private ramp and long dockage space. The house was spacious and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Scallops were plentiful. Great experience!

We enjoyed the quiet time out back! We were here for a larger family gathering in the area. It was nice to start and end the day in this peaceful place.

The place was great and had everything we needed and more. Although it was a short time...we managed to pack alot into it.. and then collapse and wind down at night in front of a fire!!!

This property was PERFECT. We had 4 couples that planned a weekend get together, and this home was selected. The home was furnished with everything you need and more.....we enjoyed it all. Kayaks, firepit, very comfortable outdoor furniture, and everything you need in the kitchen. Super clean home. The host was very responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend this property.

We are from another part of Florida and wanted to explore the natural springs in the area. This property was the PERFECT spot from which to do so. The house is small but nicely laid out and does not feel cramped at all. We were completely comfortable with 4 adults and 2 teens. Very clean, charming decor, lots of nice touches and details that made the stay comfortable and hospitable - such as TONS of clean white towels for bathing, beach towels for coming in off the river, plentiful throw blankets for cozying up to watch TV, stuffed animals, board games, books, a nicely stocked kitchen and pantry, etc. We loved the outdoor spaces, particularly the backyard and patio with a swing overlooking the canal and the fully stocked shed with everything we needed to kayak and paddleboard into the springs - vessels, paddles, lifejackets, fishing equipment. It was great! Would go back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful house awesome location for scalloping! It was so comfy and had everything to make us comfy, a true home away from home! The access to water with private ramp was bonus! Great for families and kids. Loved the games and all the TVs.

The house had everything we needed. Location was very close to springs or anything you want to do in homosassa. The neighborhood is very very traumatized by past renters and are on high alert to anything and everything that is going on. BUTTTTTT as long as you do what you are supposed to do. You won’t have any problems. The host was amazing.
