Nice villas with Seaview

Beautiful place

This is place is perfect for getting away and relaxing. Waking up early, opening up all the sliding glass doors, sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise, birds, and view can't be beat!

The property was as advertised. Francois was welcoming and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. He responded very quickly whenever we needed his help or advice. We certainly plan to return to this lovely Villa.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from booking the house to checking out. Francois is a fantastic host, very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations and arrangements. The space was perfect for our party of five with lots of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to eat several meals at home. Of course, the best part was the terrace and pool. The view over Anse Marcel is beautiful and made it hard to leave. We hope to return next year.

The house was amazing and absolutely perfect for our Girls Trip getaway. It was quiet and peaceful and tranquil. The exact accommodations we needed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool and being able to cook meals in the modern kitchen that had every thing you needed. Loved the spacious drive way. Francois was very helpful and response.

Communication with Francois, the property manager, was prompt and helpful. He met us as we checked in and out and was available to us throughout our stay.

Our visit to this lovely home for a week in February was outstanding in every aspect. The home is beautiful, with a spectacular view overlooking Anse Marcel and Anguilla. It is extremely well maintained and well equipped for our party of 8 (4 adult couples)/ We were extremely comfortable, used the kitchen and grill, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and patio. Each bedroom with bath en suite was spacious, very good bathrooms and storage. Francois, Property Manager, is great to deal with. He had great and practical advice for us: rental cars, beaches and other local amenities. He was very proactive and responsive regarding our arrival, departure and questions during our visit. Francois’s support enabled us to truly enjoy our St. Martin experience! We look forward to returning. Merci Beaucoup!

The Villa is exactly as listed. Great views and clean with everything you need. Be sure to have Francois book things for you. Highly recommend using the chef service he recommends. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great view. Quiet location, but a 2 minute drive down to the Anse Marcel beach, which is maybe the best beach on St. Martin for swimming and serenity. 10 minute drive to the party atmosphere of Orient Bay and Beach. 10 minute to Grand Case as well. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and well-maintained. Very comfortable house. Thanks to Francois for being a great host as well!
