Our fully renovated gorgeous, modern, large, colorful, luxurious home is inviting you. This Nice Home away from home is the perfect accommodation for large families visiting Northern Virginia and Washington DC. Our home not only provides a place to lay your heads, but it offers invaluable experience and enjoyment of a relaxing vacation, family retreat and get-away. Our goal for each of our guests is to experience the priceless feeling of spending quality time relaxing together and having fun.

This 3000 sq. foot property has 5 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, recreation room, living and family rooms, dining room, Kitchen, breakfast nook, large deck, and a quiet cul-de-sac corner single family home. Plenty of very comfortable sleeping for 12 guests on 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, one twin day bed with 1 twin trundle, and 1 queen futon in the recreation room.

Private driveway can accommodate parking for 4 cars. Complementary Keurig coffee and tea for all guests. High speed FIOS Wifi internet with full reception throughout the house, and wireless printer available. Netflix movie subscription, Apple TV, and broadcast channels available on large 60 HD TV. On site washer and dryer with complementary washing kit. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, toaster oven, blender and dishwasher. Many types of pots and pans to make delicious meal for your loved onces. 12 place setting dinner set, utensils set, drinking glasses and more.

Kids can enjoy air hockey, basket ball hoop in driveway, badminton, playing in the yard, relaxing in the hammock, or playing Nintendo Wii video games. Adults can relax in two extra large Jacuzzi soaking tubs, read a book relaxing on the deck, or exercise on the treadmill, stationary bike, do yoga, or enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood.

Our house is professionally cleaned between bookings and comes with clean linens, towels, bathroom accessories. With any booking of 20 nights or more we require house be cleaned every 15 days by our professional cleaner. There will be a additional $250 charge for this.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Have fun, and enjoy your stay.
2. Call us for any assistance.
3. Please take care of the house to keep it looking nice and clean.
4. Absolutely no smoking or drugs inside, outside on deck, or in yard. This is a 100% Non-somoking property. Violation of this forfeits deposit.
5. No pets allowed.
6. No additional overnight guest permitted. All overnight guests must be registered.
7. Keep noise at respectable level, as not to annoy neighbors.
8. Do not park in or obstruct neighbors' driveways.
9. No bonfires, hot pots, stoves, or grills.
10. Please remove street shoes in the foyer area inside the house.
11. Each room comes with 2-luggage racks. No bags on sofas, tables, beds or chairs.
12. This is family friendly house, however the house is not child proofed. Please watch your children all the times.
13. Please double check your belongings before check-out. If I need to ship your things, I will charge actual shipping cost and $35 handling fee per shipment.
14. All guest are required to sign a rental agreement before I approve their booking request.
15. Also please be courteous and leave the property in the same general condition as when you had check in, by making sure dishes are washed and put away, the used towels are put in the washer and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized.
16. I require house be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. There will be a $250 charge per cleaning. VRBO does not auto calculate this and this will have to be paid separately.


You must also acknowledge:

There are two stairs for upper floor and basement access. Upper floor bathtubs are high and deep, please be careful during entry and exit of the bathtubs.

Guest Access:

Entire 3 level house, deck, large surrounding yard.
No access to garage, which is used as storage.

Guests can self check in anytime after 4PM, however, I will come to greet guests if you are checking in prior to 9 PM, or the next day. Main entrance has a number lock. Once I accept your booking, I will set the lock code to the code that you will pick.

When checking out, please make sure you have not left any of your personal belongings. Please text me with any last minute changes, or just to let me know you are checking out, so I can send the cleaning crew to prepare for next guests. Your security deposit will be refunded, if there is no damage within 1 week.

My Interaction with Guests:

I like to meet and greet my guest when they arrive or if they are arriving after 9 Pm I will want to meet next day at a scheduled time. I live about 30 minutes from the house and I am available anytime via call or text. Please feel free to call me with anything you need, your comfort is my number 1 priority.
