Beautiful house perfect for a relaxing holiday on a farm of 8000 m2. Located 500 meters from Cala Figuera and its picturesque fishing port and 3.5 km. from Santanyi.
The house of about 180 m2 with capacity for 6 people has a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. The villa has 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub. a spacious living room with TV-SAT and wireless LAND and comfortable sofas, which communicates with the barbecue and several terraces, where we can find the garden with lawn and the beautiful pool of 8x4 m. with sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The house is located 2 km from the beach of Cala Santanyi and 4.5 km from the Natural Park of Mondragó where the spectacular virgin beaches of s’Amarador and Mondragó are located.

This is an amazing villa. Location was perfect and very close to some amazing beaches. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and seating areas. The main bedroom on the ground floor had a lovely veranda and the mattress was so comfortable. Mimi the host was fabulous and very helpful. We will definitely be returning

Wonderful house in a great location , a perfect base for exploring the stunning south eastern coastline. Loved the pool & outdoor space where we spent most of our time . The only thing prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was the absence of air conditioning during a very hot week . Loved cal figuera , an unexpected bonus ! Hope to come back some day
