Stayed Aug 10, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed all the modern touches to this pristine cottage overlooking the Niantic River. Everything was extremely comfortable and it made our stay totally relaxing. We particularly loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view of the river and the quiet.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025My husband and I enjoyed our stay and were impressed with all the updates done to the inside of the house. The yard was also well maintained with nice sitting areas.We loved the quiet area and watching the activity on the river.Our host was easy to reach if we had questions or concerns.

Stayed May 14, 2025This house was really great and we really enjoyed our stay. The views from the front of the house were just gorgeous. The house was nicely decorated with extra touches - amazing massage chair, fancy bidets, nice JBL speaker, espresso machine, ambiance fireplaces! The yard was nice, large enough for bocci, outside seating area, outdoor shower, kayak which can be put in the water right across the street! You definitely can walk to beach and downtown Niantic, but when taking things to the beach, or for dinner out - we opted for the under 5 minute drive.
