This special home was a fabulous home base for our family to spend a 4 day weekend to attend a wedding at the beach. The house is clean, comfortable, upscale, and modern. Everything was immaculate and tidy. Other family who stopped by commented on how nice our house was compared to theirs! The host was very communicative and available for any questions I had. It was a great experience. Thank you.

We loved this place!!! Our host had everything we needed so we could really enjoy the stay. She also checked in to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and hoped for. The property was beautiful, the house stunning and clean. The beach was a short walk and the beach was clean and family friendly. Can’t wait to go again !

We had such a wonderful vacation in OIB. Our stay here couldn’t have been any better! The location is so close to the beach and all that OIB has to offer. The house had everything we needed, from a stocked kitchen to a grill, bikes, corn hole and more. The owner Monica was so easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning soon!

We arrived to a very clean home, so did not worry about cleaning more ourselves (as we do some places) before settling in. The rooms are spacious, and the decor is beautiful. The master suite is enormous - more than we needed, but it was nice to feel spoiled for a week! Parking was very good. We easily fit three vehicles, including a large truck, and could have fit four vehicles if needed. We appreciated the ability to use the owner's gas grill and to have an extra refrigerator for keeping bottled drinks cold. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishware, baking and cookware, utensils, etc, which is great for a family like ours who cooks and eats in many days at the beach. We also enjoyed use of the bikes, some of the beach chairs, the beach wagon, and the outdoor shower after beach time. We view this as the owner going above and beyond, to share their items, along with use of their home. We did not rent a golf cart, but the walk to the beach is very short and manageable, even with two little ones. The two porches are very nice and provide good views - we would use these more on a next visit! I interacted easily with the owner, and she responded quickly to my couple of short questions during our stay. In summary, we felt very welcomed and comfortable and enjoyed a happy, relaxing time with our family.

Our family and three young kids had a wonderful week at this house. The location was great, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and on a quiet street. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, as the kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need to bring any additional things for the baby and little kids. The use of the storage shed with all the beach equipment was so convenient and accessible. The hosts were very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely love to come back!

Our family spent spring break at this beautiful beach home. It was clean and well-equipped as well as very stylishly decorated. The owner made communication easy. Location was also a bonus with quick walk to public beach access. Would definitely rent again.

The house was perfect with the best location!! Beautiful updates…love the TV and all decor! Great/easy walk to the beach! We all loved the house…cozy and warm! Great for making memories!
