Per our rental agreement, any matching owner fines will be passed on to you. Fines are automatically triggered by: hot tub use or outdoor music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, street parking (all cars must be on the paved driveway/garage), leaving trash outside the bear boxes, or exceeding occupancy (maximum of 8 adults plus up to 5 children aged 13 or under)
