Newly Renovated Wooded Oasis & Spa Near OU's Campus in Athens

This was an outstanding property for our stay in Athens! Spacious and clean. Close to OU campus. Greg was very helpful before and during our visit; we'll stay here again!

Kitchen was modern and great! Hot tub was incredible. I could hear their little ones upstairs, it was cute! And, they were at gracious and responsive with any noise from upstairs, was a really great experience.

Great alternative to a hotel with more space. Hosts were very responsive. No microwave so plan accordingly. Very nice space!

It is a very nice place. The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. They have a beautiful view. I will say if you have mobility issues this would not be a good property for you as there are a lot of outside stairs. The owner who lives upstairs was very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A truly stunning rental that is conveniently located! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Communication was wonderful and very timely. The space is beautiful and so well appointed! We even had an added bonus of a hot tub being added right before our arrival! We will definitely be back!

Very nice, felt secluded with it being right on campus. The hosts were very welcoming and greeted us personally. It’s a great getaway when your in Athens.

Beautiful location, beautiful space. Wish they had a microwave to heat up our leftovers from dinner but not a deal breaker will absolutely stay here again should our travels bring us this way again in the future.

The place was clean and nice, location was ideal, but the listing said it was a full house but it was more like a downstairs addition to the host’s home. Could use some window coverings, but otherwise was very neat - nice outdoor seating areas featuring clear night skies and some deer visitors.

Beautiful property!!

We got there and it was dark, and it was quite difficult to maneuver our way down the steps which was poorly lighted with no railing to the entryway. Unfortunately, the house smells like mildew. The kitchen is pretty and well appointed. It bad situation wasn’t exactly what I had thought. There were fold down chairs.

Great location very close to campus. Slept 4 comfortably and was well stocked. The home was clean and ready for us. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect

Very clean place, I struggled with the parking and access. Very limited parking and difficult to park after dark, it was difficult to maneuver. This is the basement, you have to walk around the side of the house, steps were very slippery in the rain and it was very dark at night. Also I recommend curtains be put up in the main area and the bathroom window, kind of spooky at night with no curtains to close.

We wanted to be near the OU Inn due to others in our party being there. We needed a cozy place to spend the night and this fit the bill perfectly.

We really enjoyed the stay. It was close to town and everything we needed. We were moving our daughter into the dorms at OU and the location was great. Host was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great experience staying here to visit the college for the weekend. The place was easy to find and very clean. It was also very nicely furnished and came equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. Would recommend!

The place was spacious and clean. As someone who travels a lot and likes to prepare my own meals, this kitchen was the best. Gas range ,quality cookware and utensils.

Great little spot for friends to get away and visit Athens! We visited and walked to uptown because it was so nice out. Very clean and cozy spot. Would recommend to others! Hosts were very responsive too.
