It features a fully-equipped kitchen, private lake access, shared fire pit, grill, back patio furniture, in unit laundry, WiFi, smart TVs, central heat, multiple portable A/C units to keep all guests cool (no central air), 2.5 bathrooms and complete privacy throughout your stay.

• You will receive your Enso Boarding Pass with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO)

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
