Newly Renovated, Walk to the beach, Unique Vacation Station with Private Pool

The house is very cool and quirky. Definitely one of a kind. Our kids had a fantastic time. Mr. Frankie is a superb host.

Here’s a version with some energy and personality behind it:If VRBO had a Hall of Fame, this place would be in it.This was our second year staying here with 5th Squad during Jeepin’ the Coast, and somehow it was even better than we remembered. From the incredible pool and perfect grilling setup to the fire pit, open floor plan, and awesome decor, this place was built for making memories.Every year our group gets a little bigger, and every year this property handles it with ease. After spending all day fundraising to help Veterans and their families, there is nothing quite like coming back, firing up the grill, sitting around the fire pit, and watching grown adults turn into kids again with cannonballs into the pool.Mr. Frankie, thank you for creating such an amazing place and for welcoming us back year after year. Your hospitality means more than you know. This house has become part of our Jeepin’ the Coast tradition, and if we’re lucky, we’ll be back again next year with an even bigger crew.If you’re looking for a place to relax, reconnect, and make memories with family and friends, stop looking. You’ve found it. 10/10. No notes. Just book it.

Great place pool was amazing!

The house was well equipped. Was a little intimidated by having to light the gas stove but once we figured it out it wasn’t too bad. Bedrooms are spacious and having the multiple bathrooms was really nice. Pool was incredible

Franky was very easy to work with and returned emails promptly! The house was very nice. I spent most of my time in the pool, but when I wasn't there I was playing the arcade game. My primary reason for booking this house was my requirement for accessibility and a pool. I'm happy to say the house of incredibly accessible. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to access most spaces. He only has use of his left side limbs and was able to easily use the bathroom by the laundry. The primary shower is roll-in, and all bedroom doorways were wide enough for his chair. He really only needed assistance using the backdoor and getting from the parking to the front porch, which would probably be easier for someone with use of both arms. I highly recommend this house!

The house itself was amazing, with plenty of space for everyone and a perfect location close to everything we needed.The heated pool was a highlight; we spent hours enjoying it and had an absolute blast. We would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Kitchen was great. Lage industrial stove, large 3 section sink. The biggest selection of pots I've seen in a rental including black Iron pots. Clean and inviting. Thanks

The house was beautiful and in a great location. I gave 4 stars for the cleanliness because there was trash in the trash cans. We were able to communicate with the manager about our findings.Would not hesitate to rent this property again.VCH

This property is a remodeled and converted commercial venue, easy to find, with spacious parking. The interior is a lot of fun , with games for kids, and antique furnishings such as an old barber chair and a British-style phone booth ! ! It is very well furnished, with a commercial kitchen and 3 full bathrooms . The backyard is a bit disappointing, small and not neatly kept, and very little shade: summer days can be very hot ! The swimming pool is clean but a bit small. The towels were nice and numerous. Surprisingly, there was only one little soap bar in the bathrooms. The beach is at a 8-10 minute walk.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The house is uniquely designed and decorated with tons of amenities and everything you need to have a fantastic vacation! There’s plenty of room for everyone and ample parking. The pool is wonderful for cooling off and we loved the pool table for evening entertainment. The house is perfectly situated in a great area and so close to everything, including the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 days with friends and family from Texas. Absolutely loved the house pool and area. Beaches are beautiful and not crowded. Tons of places to eat.

We stayed at this property with two of our adult children and their children. It is large enough for everyone to have their own space which was great. The kids love the pool and we were so glad we paid the extra charge to have it heated so they could use it even When the air temperature was in the 70s. The kitchen and dining area was large enough for us to have almost all of our meals there, although the kitchen needs a bit of organization. The neighborhood did have quite a bit of noise which hindered everyone’s ability to sleep well. There were often nearby dogs barking, a train that went through and blew its whistle several times a day (and night) and sirens. Overall, it was a great stay.

Incredibly Perfect. Well appointed, comfortable, clean, very quiet, thoughtfully designed, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, easy communication and prompt response to needs.

Loved the house. The only draw back was the location of house. We usually have a house away from others so we can play our music by the pool.
