Welcome to the Graceful Oaks!

We stayed for Cruisin’ the Coast and this property was perfect. Huge grounds and nicely kept. More than enough parking for 6 cars and two car trailers. Pool was very nice addition. Host was attentive, although we did t need anything during our stay. We will go back for sure.

Our stay with graceful oaks was wonderful, from check in to check out. The event was a family gathering and it was so nice to have the property exactly as described. The ease of process and honest description, allowed us to not think about the property and just enjoy the time spent together with the family. The pool area provided the casual fun we were looking for and the expansive porch became our night time gathering spot for conversation. This property was the perfect family gathering spot!

The property is beautiful! My family enjoyed every thing this home had to offer. The rooms were spacious. The living room was big enough for the entire to sit comfortably and enjoy one another, and the pool was so relaxing! The house is close to restaurants, the outlet mall and the beach front! The property manager was nice and provided information through messages and phone. We look forward to possibly staying again in the future.

This property was very nice. The house had plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked. We had 9 ladies that stayed here and it was perfect. The pool area was super nice with lots of areas to stay out of the shade, only issue we had with the pool area is there is no hand rails to get up to the pool area or to get in the pool.

We stayed 3 nights in June. The property is beautiful and well kept. We loved the pool and pool house and had a great stay.

We loved our staycation! We did not leave property after arriving, fortunately we had pretty good weather all week. We stayed in pool the whole time. House and grounds were very clean and quiet, had everything in kitchen we needed. Already planning on staying again next year.

Nine of us enjoyed this beautiful peaceful house. We had plenty of space to rest, play games and swim. Mr. Franky was available to answer our questions. We were close to the beach and enjoyed meals at Steve’s Marina Restaurant, Shaggy’s, and A Southern Bagel Company.

We are a group of ladies that get together once a year. We totally enjoyed our weekend. We loved the privacy. The property was beautiful. We were a large group of 10. It would have been nice to have one more shower/tub, but we managed to take turns. The swimming pool was refreshing. The owner was very nice. A phone call away if we needed anything. All in all, it was one of the BEST Vacation homes that we have ever rented.

Property was excellent. We enjoyed the pool cooked most meals at the house. Had plenty of utensils and dishes for all ten of us. All appliances worked. Plenty of room.

This is such beautiful property and feels so remote and is nice and quiet. The owner is very involved and very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals. Multiple places to dine and hang out.

This is a great property in Long Beach! Beautiful, large house on spacious grounds. Plenty of room for family to spread out. Nice gated pool with a convenient pool house. Covered parking for 3 vehicles. We were in town for Jeepin' the Coast and it was great to have space to take the tops and doors off our Jeeps and store them safely. Lovely front and back porch. Beautiful oak trees. We definitely plan to book again! We've also stayed at another of the owner's properties and always have a good experience with him.

We enjoyed our stay and the weather was perfect. The host was fantastic on communication and all was perfect.
