Newly Renovated Oceanfront Home w/Private Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Tent Service

We love staying at Keys in the Conch Shell!!! This is our second year and it gets better each year! The owners are excellent with communication and are very quick to respond to questions!! They are kind and friendly as well! The home is beautiful! They truly have thought if everything! The kitchen has everything you need (very well stocked) and the hosts have provided all you need to enjoy and relax at the pool and the beach. You truly only have to bring yourself, your clothes, and beach towels! That us HUGE when packing to come to the beach! The home is lovely and helps you relax and enjoy your stay! Spending the extra money to heat the pool was a game saver for the Spring!!! We plan to choose this home again for our next Holden Beach vacation! Highly recommend Kets in the Conch Shell!

Jenny was a wonderful host. She communicated perfectly - providing updates, needed information, as well as helpful local tips to help facilitate our stay. The home is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean! Our family had an amazing time enjoying the heated pool, playing on the beach with the grandkids, relaxing on the decks, watching sunrises and sunsets - would definitely love to stay here again!

This property is gorgeous! Jenny and Mark are outstanding hosts and are quick with communication! They provided an amazing welcome and have thought of everything you will need for your stay! The house was very clean, comfy, and smelled amazing all week! It was so helpful that beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were provided and we didn’t have to pack our own! The pool was clean and having it heated made all the difference in its enjoyment, as well as having the hot tub! The outdoor chairs and tables made outside living and eating easy and enjoyable! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for family time! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the beds were comfortable, providing great nights’ sleep! The views of the beach, pool, and house were incredible and Instagram worthy!!! We are already making plans to return in the spring and the fall! Jenny and Mark get our highest recommendation — making everything beautiful, relaxing, and easy!

This vacation home has everything! Steps from the ocean, pool and hot tub. The house was spotless, the master bedroom was incredible, huge with a newly updated en suite bathroom that has incredible views of the beach. The house has a big open floor plan, so our extended family of 14 never felt crowded. Jenny the host was available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable home. We had plenty of space to spread out in the house. Amazing ocean views. Great pool. Lots of parking and easy walk to restaurants and local coffee shop.

Very clean, updated, well equipped kitchen. Loved the kids bedroom for our 5 gkids. Had full bath with 2 bunk beds. Full size beds (2 kids ea) on ground and 2 twin beds above. We rented for a full week so we had the daily tent service which we all loved. It could shade 5-6 people at a time.

We really enjoyed the house and the renovations were lovely.

The house was great! The home was just remodeled and had everything our family needed. The property was very clean. The owner even checked in on us. The property was beach front with a beautiful view. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. This was our first time staying at Holden Beach and this place has won our hearts. Will be coming back again. Very nice to not have to fight for a parking spot, waiting for an elevator or finding a spot on the beach. They had our tent put up on the beach every morning by 6 and they took it down after 6 in the evening. If you have little ones, this is the beach for you. All beach chairs, beach toys, and pool tools were provided.

Facility was most accommodating. Had everything we needed. Very home like.

What a beautiful home. Jenny was super responsive with any questions or things we were requesting her help with. The renovations done were magnificent. Having a tent setup on the beach and then all of the beach chairs & toys available made traveling so much simpler. Great access to the ocean & a wonderful pool/hot tub were the perfect icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a fantastic location and close to the beach. We loved having the option of the pool or beach. The house was really well appointed. I loved the decor and the small little touches like having extra throw blankets and tall chairs so you can see over the banister when sitting on the porch. We opted to heat the pool and it malfunctioned a couple of times, but the owner was super responsive and sent people out quickly to get it fixed. The only thing the house didn’t have was cookie sheets and we bought some and left them there for the next guest. I wondered if the chairs for the beach would be well worn, but they seemed brand new. The tent set up each day was a nice touch. Both of the king beds were a little firm, but still passable. I do like a really cushy bed, so that could be a me problem. The folks sleeping in other beds said they were comfortable. I would still book again.

We had an amazing time, the house was perfect and the views were amazing! The property owner was amazing, very quick responses, and accommodating to us! We will definitely be going back and visiting. My family had a great time in the pool, hot tub and home. I could not have ask for a better experience!!!

Jenny was very prompt on answering questions before trip. View from second level was awesome. We loved the pool as it had sitting benches built in and were very comfortable. It was our first time renting a house we would do it again.

Great location. Fabulous pool. Had a few problems but they were fixed the next day. House needs a little tax in bathrooms and outside.

The house had a great location and all the amenities we hoped for! It was just the right space and set up for our group. While it was clean as in the housekeeping was doing a great job, there was just general maintenance things that were rough around the edges. I'm sure to some extent that had to do with us coming at the end of the summer travel season. Interior and especially exterior needed some paint and rust proofing. (To the extent that kids had to be warned about avoiding contact with the rust.) The mattresses weren't great and pillows were flat. The shower curtains had those questionable dark spots at the bottoms and shower was showing it's wear and tear. We couldn't get the garage doors to open (but we also didn't ask for help so that's on us) and we couldn't locate any light inside the garage, so it was just dark and wet in there. Things like that. In all, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed it, but it put a damper on the initial excitement and there was definitely some discussion about it feeling like for the price we weren't expecting to feel like things needed TLC.

Jenny was amazing with communication. The house was exactly like in the pictures. The location is fabulous. You walk right out to the beach on private walkway. The pool was very clean as was the house. The house had everything you could wish for. Made for great family memories!
