Stayed Oct 11, 2025The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We all enjoyed listening to the waves and beautiful views. We wish there had been a little bit more instructions on how things worked. We did have an issue with a ceiling fan but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 14, 2025This property is the perfect beachfront home. Spacious, spotless, each of the three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom offers the perfect space for privacy if traveling with a group or family. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. We will definitely be returning to this property next year.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Beautiful location right on the beach! We rented a golf cart to get to downtown and loved being in a quiet area. The house was very clean and has a great screened in porch for gathering.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025We were looking for a place to stay on the beach for a couple nights in March. This was the perfect location. It's a couple miles down the road from the hustle and bustle but just a golf cart right away! We had our own beachfront, a lovely screened in porch. The rooms were comfortable and cute. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our family to relax, play games, prepare meals and rest easy!

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We absolutely loved our first visit to Folly Beach and this rental is Amazing! Perfect view, location, clean, all the things you need. We hope to rent this home each year! The only thing is we wish we could have brought our Shihtzu and the grill needs replaced.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024My family absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly clean, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The house was well stocked, spacious for the 5 of us, and a perfect distance to center street. We already want to come back!
