NEWLY RENOVATED, LARGE, SERENE, SUNNY HOME ON PRIVATE ROAD

We had an amazing time in this great house. Bright and airy it was clean and very well stocked with all kitchen items. Wonderful game room for all to enjoy, spacious bedrooms, closets and family room. The location is ideal. Walking distance to beach, market, vineyard and playground. Looking forward to repeating our experience!!

We had a wonderful stay! This rental house checked all the boxes! The wild blueberry bushes were an added bonus.

Very well stocked house, in incredibly private location. Open stairway makes it not ideal for very young kids, but very comfortable for others. Walking to Cold Storage Beach a real plus.

It’s a lovely spacious home, with three levels. The basement has a TV and play station, table tennis table, and lots of board games. On the main floor, the kitchen was spacious, there were large dining area and living room with comfortable couches. The upstairs was a bit stuffy (we stayed during a very warm week), but had two nice bedrooms and a full bathroom. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard for evening gatherings. Only two small complaints: the mattress on the main floor futon was shot. Impossible to sleep on. Also, we weren’t enchanted with Cold Storage Beach. It’s a long half mile walk from the house, and the water, while warm, is loaded with seaweed most of the time. Our grandchildren wouldn’t go in it! However, Corn Hill Beach, about fifteen minutes away by car, was much nicer in every respect. But all in all, we’d stay at this property again. It had everything we wanted for our family.

This home is in great condition. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture for gathering with family or relaxing on the porch to read. Very private location at end of a single lane side street, so no noise from neighbors or traffic. Bocce court was a fun bonus. Mindy communicated with us ahead of our stay to make check in seamless. We highly recommend !

Mindy's house exceeded all our expectations -- it's spacious with a great layout for both both entertaining and downtime with family and friends. The location is ideal: walkable to the beach, corner market, restaurant, ice cream AND winery, but also very private -- you can't see neighbors from anywhere on the property! Mindy was very responsive anytime we had questions. We really loved our stay at this house and hope to return in future summers.

We enjoyed our stay at this North Truro very private property. The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and an outdoor shower which we used. The kitchen was lovely and the owners supplied us with everything we needed. Thank you for that. Huge lobster pot, and just everything was.comfortable. Also there is a ping pong table which my grandson loved and used on a daily basis. Thank you.

In short, wow. This is a wonderful house in an unbeatable location. Walkable and bikeable to the beach and to a market (with awesome breakfast sandwiches and bagels), great seafood at Captain’s Choice, and Chequesett Chocolates. Surrounded by conservation land but a short drive to the national seashore, Provincetown, and outer cape activities. We got a national parks pass and spent time at Herring Cove, Race Point, and Marconi beaches. House was comfy, clean, spacious. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of fun games in the house including ping pong. Great outdoor spaces for eating, lounging, and star gazing. If you go with kids, check out the Puma Park playground nearby. My 6 year old rates the house “10 stars.” I have to agree.
