Modern, elegant year round home - gorgeous views with private beach access

We loved our stay. The property has everything you need, very clean, well appointed, and so comfortable. The location is excellent -- for beach and for the fun of Provincetown or Wellfleet. We were two families of three and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We'd happily return!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Me, my sister, my niece ( at the last minute wanted to attend) and a very close family friend all stayed at Donna and Guys place. The home was so inviting and cozy, it is stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk across from the home. We went everyday and evening! Provincetown was a great time, dining and brunch was amazing! Shopping was great too. Be aware food is a little pricey, so I would suggest your pricier items you bring with you. This property was exactly as shown on the website. The home had EVERYTHING you could need, extra blankets, pillows, cooking supplies and spices, items in the bathrooms to use, it was fully stocked and ready to enjoy! It was a 10/10 on cleanliness and beautifully renovated! We were there for a week in a heat wave and the AC kept us nice and cool inside! The outdoor shower is a MUST to use! Also, the main event, the beach... the path is directly across from the house, very easy to access with beautiful views of Ptown! Additionally, what helped us was having the bus route right in front of the house with our pickup just down the street and they would drop us off right in front of the house on our way back! Game changer when you want to have drinks in Ptown and be safe! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this home, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time at this house. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to tons of things to do (steps to a private beach and less than 3 miles to p-town)

The location of the cottage is perfect. We brought our bikes and enjoyed biking to P-Town and beaches (Suggestion to those bringing your bikes - bring a bike cover as well). Nighttime at the fire pit was great. When visiting the Cape in the future, we would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Couldn't have been happier with Donna and Guy's property. The main draw was being so close to the beach, a one minute boardwalk stroll across the street. We chose the bay side because of the lack of waves/undertow for the little ones. The little beach was awesome (part of Sandbar's resort). Water was perfect, gets a little choppy when the wind picks up. We used Donna's beach chairs (7) and umbrella. The house is stocked with everything you need which was another draw for us, as well as the A/C. I loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table, and gas fire pit. The TV's have Roku capability so we just logged in to our Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. Communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely consider coming back to this little piece of paradise. The P-Town town line is maybe a mile or so north. Bring a beach wagon, helped us a ton with all of the kids toys. My family loved this property and hope to return. The place was exactly as pictured, easy to check in and out of and very clean. Donna was extremely easy to get ahold of and always answered very promptly when we had questions. We hope to come back next summer!
