Newly Renovated Lakefront home with boat house, launch and 2 piers!

The house was extremely clean. Nice dock facility. The location was perfect. You had a nice view of the lake but still tucked in enough to avoid the high winds during the winter that toledo bend is notorious for. The dock made boating a breeze. I had older guy friends that appreciated being able to step directly on the boat. The beds were really comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook with. We'll be back!

The home was a perfect setup for my family to meet half way with my Texas family for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to find everything. We had a wonderful time enjoying the back porch and walking around the neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice house, plenty room and clean. Everyone had a great time. Fishing was great. Kiddos had a great time.Water was @4.5’ low and we could still launch our boats with no problem.Kiddos enjoyed the fire pit at night making smorgs with marshmallows and chocolate.

Perfect little getaway for the family. They had everything we needed right there on site. We also didn’t have to go far to catch some good fish.

Well appointed kitchen was a treat! Spices and every pot and pan one could need was available. Location was fabulous, not far from anything. Neighborhood was calm and quiet. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows. Loved this home!

Great area to dock boat, had everything we needed.

Excellent location on the Louisiana side of Toledo Bend. The house was comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Even in June, we especially enjoyed sitting on the large porch overlooking the cove leading out to the lake. I would return and highly recommend.

Wonderful property! Well furnished and comfortable. The home was very clean, especially the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need. Very close to the lake with a good place to swim and use our paddle board and kayak.

We had a great family time here! The men fished mornings and evenings, loved having the boat launch on site and were able to keep boats in water since the cove was protected from the weather/high winds. There was good sleeping and bathroom space for our family of 10. The kitchen is so well stocked and a good size. Living room is smaller and we didn’t use the one downstairs, but we spent nearly our entire days when at the house on the back porch which was wonderful! Leighton was so easy to communicate with and we had no problems during our stay.

This was our second year family get together/fishing trip with our dad. Weather wasn’t great but we had a great time being together and enjoying the beautiful accommodations! The house was clean and decorated beautifully! Enjoyed our time there.

Had a nice relaxing time. Got blessed with great weather, and really enjoyed the views from the deck. Even caught a few catfish.

All you need is at this location. The views, boat dock on site, boat lift on site, fully stocked home. It felt like home. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

We enjoyed our weekend, overall. The house was big enough for our family and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The living room next to the kitchen was a little small and watching a movie as a family was awkward because of the layout of the couches. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice and updated! We loved the view on the back patio at sunset. So beautiful! The floating dock on the lake needs a new ladder to get in and out of the water, we had a tough time with that. I would recommend this lake house because the cons didn't overshadow the whole weekend. We made some wonderful memories exploring the lake on the canoe. Looking forward to returning to Toledo Bend Lake soon!

We had a wonderful weekend! House was clean. We had a great time fishing off of the dock. Water was perfect for swimming.. we came with a 8 year and 4 year and the property was great for both ages.. Also our 2 small dogs... we will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and the house was pretty and well kept as advertised. Caught more turtles than fish but cannot blame the owner for that. Would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house! The pictures online do NOT do it justice. So much better than I even imagined. The best AC of any place we’ve stayed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Convenient to almost anything. The deck is perfect in every way. We let our two infants loose and they couldn’t escape which helped us relax. We chose two of the restaurants recommended, El Patio and Martin’s and both were very good. Thanks for a great vacation!

This property was great. First time staying here, definitely will be back! Stayed here with family, 3 generations, and the camp worked out great. Plenty of room, check-in and communication were great, location was perfect. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for our annual guys trip. At first I was worried about us all fitting but we had plenty room and many of the guys commented about how comfortable it was!

We had 4 couples, with 3 kids under 7. Great space for us! We loved that the kitchen was well equipped, house is located in a quiet space, just steps from the water, and porch is a great size for the families to hang out & also has functioning gates so the little one couldn’t try to escape!

Property was perfect for my family of six with plenty room if you have more. Beautiful place that is very comfortable and in a great location. The private boat launch is a huge plus.

Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.
