Newly Renovated Home with New Heated Pool and Spa, 3 Minute Walk to the Beach

We had a wonderful time. 4 adults 3 kids under 6. Tybee Island is a charming place to be. Low traffic, non-coomercialized. House, location and pool were all awesome. Beach was a short walk away. We rented bikes and were able to keep our cars parked.Marilyn was an excellent host. Excellent communication, flexible and accommodating.

The home on Tybee Island GA exceeded our expectations on every dimension. Easy walk to the beach, beautifully decorated, excellently equipped kitchen and luxurious linens. The pool and spa were excellently maintained by the pool staff and the owner could not have been more responsive to a question. My wife and I as well as our guests enjoyed having our coffee on the screened porch as the sun rose, a cocktail in the spa in the evening as well as the dart board and corn hole games. Tybee Island is and intends to be a reminder of how family beach vacations were enjoyed generations ago. I certainly hope Tybee Island wins the battle to keep its historic nature!

Excellent house. Very clean and updated. Host is super responsive to any questions or issues. Easy access to beach. Would definitely recommend. For families with young kids, pool access has only one entry point. Gate into pool with a top pull magna latch type mechanism.

We had a great time on our family vacation this past week! Communication was amazing and the property owner was very helpful with any questions that we had. Some parts of the house could have been a little more clean but overall great house and great location!

We enjoyed our stay (6adults and one toddler)! The bedrooms were upstairs with family space and Kitchen on the main level and outdoor games and beach gear on the ground/pool level. The kitchen had everything you needed plus a few extras! Property was within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Pool and hot tub were and other screened in porches created a lot of amazing outdoor space.The three bathrooms were spacious and airy.There are lots of stairs on this property and it was set up (and baby gates were included) so you could restrict toddlers. This property has been updated and is cute. Some areas could use a deep clean.I would stay here again if traveling to Tybee with a larger group!

The house is clean and an easy walk across the main road to the beach. The pool is lovely and there are lots of fun things to do in the outdoor game area.

Nicely updated home with plenty of space for a family of 4. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only one can be heated at a time, which took a little to figure out, but Marlyn was very responsive and adjusted as we needed. A beach umbrella was not present when we arrived but again Marlyn was very responsive and had one delivered within hours. The home was relatively clean but needed some general upkeep/coat of paint. The location was nice, an easy walk to the beach!
