Our home is newly renovated with all new finishes throughout and is perfect for large families and friends to all gather. There is a large yard and lots of parking just 3 - 4 minutes walk to Long Sands Beach and the local surf shop and beachside restaurants. If you want to head to Short Sands beach, arcades and bars its just a little longer of a walk. This home sits between both beaches and just down the road from the Historic Nubble Lighthouse.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a wonderful stay! Stephanie is a communicative host. We were so pleased with the ample parking. The house is clean, beautiful and well equipped. The beds were comfortable (except for the two pull out mattresses). We were pleasantly surprised by the additional two cots with mattresses. The walk to long sands or short sands were very tolerable and my 5 year old was capable. We loved having the outdoor space to use for games or lounging on the deck. We are grateful for the memories we made here. This house is a treasure!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a wonderful multi-generational stay to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday. The teens loved walking down Center to Goldenrod and the Strand for iced coffees. Adults loved Lulus at the Nevada, Stone’s Throw and Little Auk at the View Point - all walkable! Beach days are perfect and topped off with evenings by the fire pit after dinner. House had everything we needed and was adorable and comfortable (beach towels were great to have!) A wonderful week with family!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had at this house! The house was beautiful and so comfortable for our family. It is a three minute walk to Long Sands Beach and a short walk to the Nubble Light House. The house is near the end of Long Sands and it was a lot less crowded than the rest of the beach which was great. The house is also a short walk to Short Sands with great stores and restaurants.Stephanie was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will be back next year!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Long Sands beach was an easy walk from the property. There was plenty of room to accomodate my 7 adult children, 2 with spouses, boyfriend, and a16 and 4yr old. This was a quality home with outdoor lounging areas, and plenty of parking. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a fabulous week in York with our group of 8, in large part due to our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly situated between York’s major attractions-a short walk to Long Sands and restaurants like Stone’s Throw, and less than a mile to Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands shopping area. The house was incredibly clean, with brand new finishes throughout and plenty of room for kids or adults to spread out and relax. We loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the front patio and enjoying happy hour after a day at the beach. Stephanie was a very communicative host and clearly takes pride in her home and duties as a hostess. We would absolutely recommend for a great summer vacation!
