Stayed Jul 5, 2025Fantastic house! We have rented on the Cape for over 30 years and this house is one of the best! Very clean, Plenty of room, and the star of the show is the large, very comfortable screened porch! When we weren’t at the beach, we were in the screened porch. The owner was extremely friendly and answered a text immediately. If you’re vacationing in Eastham - this is your rental!!!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024I have been vacationing on Cape Cod for one-two weeks every summer for the past 65 years. The Cape is our happy place - starting with my parents and continuing with our two daughters and now 4 grandchildren. We have stayed at many places and enjoyed them all - this rental tops the list - spacious, lovely, close to all our favorite places.... and a screened-in porch which was our haven during the hottest two weeks we've ever experienced at the Cape!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The house is wonderful. Spacious 4 bedrooms, roomy (and well appointed) kitchen. Dining area and living room easily accommodates eight adults. And that lovely and expansive screen porch with stuff wicker furniture? perfect for lazy afternoons, reading a book or working on a puzzle. The home is terrific, and the location is perfect (~8min down side roads to two of the best national seashore beaches in the land). The house is very clean, and extremely well equipped. Communication throughout the rental process was effortless. Five Stars+++

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This is a wonderful property! It was a great space for our family of 7. The screened in porch was great for keeping little ones entertained and contained - equipped with comfortable seating, dining area and tv. Lots of board game choices too! Our kids loved the air hockey table. The house had plenty of space and seating for all. Kitchen was well equipped for eating in. Between bedroom ACs and fans throughout, the house stayed cool day and night. The outdoor shower was clean and great after the beach. House is nicely updated and decorated. We had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Better than described! Excellent communication, clean, great location, perfect set up for two families. Screened in porch is awesome! Quiet neighborhood. Buy the Cape Cod National Seashore pass for $60 and go see all the beaches. Our favorite cape house so far!
