Interior is bright and welcoming. Thoughtful wine, snacks and local information booklet The updated kitchen is very functional and well equipped. Nice landscaping with private fenced-in back yard. Outdoor furniture could be updated to be sturdier and more comfortable One of the bikes offered for use had a broken pedal. Convenient location to beach and stores.

Always available and attentive to all our needs!! This was an extended stay for us, and we can’t imagine ever getting the same acoomodarions at any other location!!

This Ormond Beach fully renovated and beautifully decorated bungalow made for a comfortable and carefree stay.

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed Stephen's cottage. It's a small two bedroom, one bath with a good kitchen. My dog loved the back yard which was surprisingly big and fenced in. It is in a nice neighborhood about a quarter mile from the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Stephen is very responsive and helpful. He even changed a TV subscription so I could access local news and offered to mail me back a jacket I had left.

Our stay was excellent! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. The house is new everything and well stocked. Would stay here again.
