Newly Renovated Beach House w Heated Pool, 4 BR, 3 BA

The house was just as described and a quick walk to the beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance and good for family meals. We would definitely recommend this home to families with children or couples. Both options afford privacy and comfort.if we come back to Ft. Lauderdale our family would look for this home to rent again.

Seaside Ranch is a lovely, clean home in the perfect location… tucked in a quiet neighborhood just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. The home’s layout is a dream if traveling with other families or grown kids: three bedroom areas (4BR total) around the house, each with a full bath. Beds are truly comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything you might need: coffee fixings, seasonings, etc. Heated pool was great. We’d love to visit again!

The house was very clean and well appointed. The bedrooms are spread out where privacy is not an issue. The house is very bright and has new and tasteful finishes. The beds are all comfortable and have nice bedding. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals etc. The location is perfect and close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the house and will be back again!!

We enjoyed a great long weekend-- the hosts were responsive and accommodating and the house was perfect for the 6 of us-- plenty of space, well-equipped, clean, comfortable. And the location was excellent for getting to the beach, restaurants-- but also very quiet and private.

Pool was enjoyable; clean, heated and spacious. The house had great ammenities and location is spectacular.

The location is great - just 2 blocks from beach access! There was beach gear as well which really helped. The pool was nice. Inside was kept clean. We had a great time. Manager and Host were very responsive as well.

We booked this place because the reviews were amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, had a beautiful pool and seemed like all the amenities. What it doesn't show or that the reviews don't mention is that there are many things broken or that need to be updated/cleaned. There are broken tiles in the dining room, broken shower handle in guest bathroom, rusted paint/stain cans on side of house that is a hazard with kids around and the landscaping (lack thereof) definitely stands out next to the neighbors. Also, during our stay the AC went out. The property manager told us it worked just fine and we needed to just turn it off for 30 minutes and back on. It wasn't fine and for 3 days the AC was not working. They didn't send someone out and the property manager didn't come look at it. It was 78-80 in the house and the rooms where my kids tried to sleep. We loved the pool which was warm and clean! They need new umbrella stands. The listing says 3 umbrellas at the pool and there were 2 with only one working stand. We did enjoy that it was 3 blocks from the beach, had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo/ conditioner. The mini splits in the two Master's were lifesavers. When I reached out to the owner she was very kind, but the Property Manager was not helpful and seems to be slacking on taking care of the property. Hope they get these things fixed so the next people can enjoy their stay without problems.

Pool was spectacular!!! House is the perfect location close to the beach. Loved the house. We will be back !!!

We liked the open floor plan and the pool. The location was close to the beach, dining, and the water taxi.

Beautiful property within a nice area for activities. Communication was spot on and we had no issues. The house has all the amenities you could want and is very clean and for a Florida property not wet inside like others I’ve experienced. Pool is great and all the bedrooms are large and clean. Would most definitely return!

Everything was great. Great House. Big Pool for the Kids. Beach just a 5min walk. New Publix nearby. Inter Miami Stadium and Miami Beach easily reachable.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Traveling with a 1 year old all the way up to 85 year old was easy here. So many extras were provided! Kimberly was wonderful to work with. We’d love to go back!

Our family had an excellent stay during the month of February. The house was clean with plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool, which got used almost every day, was wonderfully warm. The large dining room table was perfect for family dinners together. It was an easy walk to the beach with a 4 and 6 YO. We hope to return in the future!

Very nice house, as shown in the photos, great size, but it would be nice to renew the crockery and utensils in the kitchen, which are quite old.The administrator promptly resolved everything we asked him to do, was very helpful.We had a great family vacation in the house!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Seaside Ranch. The house was well maintained and clean, and the property manager was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The property is beautiful with a nice pool area and cozy backyard in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The beach is a short walk. The beach chairs, carts and umbrellas provided made it so easy for our family to enjoy the beach. Thank you for making our holidays very special. This gem is highly recommended and we are looking forward to visiting again.

This house is perfectly located a very short walk from the beach! It has a heated pool complete with toys and beach towels. The lay out of the house worked well for our family, 2 bedrooms on each side of the house and plenty of bathrooms. We could walk to restaurants, yet the neighborhood was very quiet. Kimberly gave great ideas for places to eat and was very responsive. We found the 5pm check-in a bit challenging because we were traveling with young children but other than that it was amazing!!

This house was exactly what we were looking for with multiple rooms for everyone. Very clean and spacious. The pool was great as well. It's a quick walk to the beach and very safe. Driveway could easily fit 4 cars which we found very useful for our big family. Host is great and very helpful.

Enjoyed the home and the pool! Loved the beach access. Just wish there had been a few more walk up restaurants off the beach but we had a wonderful time! Went to Dune and The Sandbar!! Loved the Sandbar! Also, went to South Beach!
