We had a great time! The ping pong table was awesome the open lay our Dow stairs was great for the family to just hang out. The Colorado national monument is a must to go hiking!!! It’s beautiful!!!

Wonderfully clean location, and the hot tub and extra amenities were perfect! The location is peaceful and the sunsets were beautiful. The host was wonderful to work with and the property was very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Lovely house, great hosts

We had a great time at our stay! The house was nicely updated, very clean, and well maintained. Sitting in the hot tub with views of the Book Cliffs is a pretty incredible experience. The area was also quiet yet convenient to access Grand Junction and Fruita. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Came with a group of mom friends for mountain biking and will be back with my family for sure! Great location, beautiful home with everything you could need. It’s thoughtfully stocked with items and the layout is great. Hot tub and fire pit were such a joy. The views and privacy so so nice.

We come back here every year and always are impressed with how beautiful and clean this modern barn is. The setting is spectacular with views of the Colorado monument and the Bookcliff Hills. We love listening to the meadowlarks while sitting in the hot tub. Spectacular location. Well equipped, Kitchen.Perfect for our group doing Tour if the Moon bike ride.

House had too many things to do. Didn’t have time for ping pong, horse shoes, frisbee golf!! Hot tub was perfect after golf.

Beautiful property with all the amenities! The hot tub was fabulous at night with the stars above! The entertainment that's provided- games, darts, ping pong, dicks golf. The rooms and accommodations are perfect! The kitchen views are beautiful even to do dishes! Don't hesitate! Stay here! We hope to the next road trip through!

I spent multiple nights here while in the area for work and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was a nice peaceful place outside the hustle and bustle of a town stay to unwind at the end of the day. The house itself is very nice with everything one could need for the stay. Sabrina was also very responsive and helpful during the stay. Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful, very comfortable for our group, and had amazing views. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our golf trip; extremely spacious, well thought out and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for parking, plenty of space for golf clubs, plenty of space for seating (living room and patio), two refrigerators, plenty of towels. The hosting company was extremely communicative and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back and can't wait for the new additions (especially the putting green!).

This was probably the first VRBO that actually looked even better than the pictures when we first walked in. The house is very spacious and the property is beautiful and private with amazing views all around. Lots of fun activities to do and great hang out spaces. The only thing that I would say was less appealing than other places we’ve stayed is the check out time being at 10am and a 40 fee being charged if you request a late checkout and it’s available. That is earlier than most hotels and a fee for a late checkout is something I have not encountered before, it wasn’t unmanageable and not something I would deduct any stars over since everything else met or exceeded expectations. Overall very pleased with our experience.

Came for a few days of riding bikes with friends and this place was perfect!

We came to GJ for kids hockey and volleyball. We had the best time and wish we could go back for a third weekend in a row but no hockey or volleyball this weekend. Highly recommend this property. It is amazing on ALL levels.

I can't say enough how much fun our family of 6 had during our 8-night Christmas stay! The Bookcliff Barnhouse was so much larger and nicer than we imagined (the pictures don't do it justice), and we spent endless hours playing ping pong, darts, and other games. The separation of bedrooms upstairs and the main living area, kithen area, and games downstairs was perfect. We'd love to return for another stay in the future if the opportunity presents.

Loved our stay at the Barn! Great spot for two families, lots of space and fun games for kids. Kitchen was well equipped for family meals. And great launching point for mountain biking Fruita! Definitely would come back. Thanks

We had a great time here. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. Love how it's secluded. We will be back.

The house is just as it is advertised. The bottom floor is open, clean and equipped with ping pong, exercise equipment and a dartboard. There is a large sectional sofa, two sofa beds and the TV has Netflix. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. There is a laundry room downstairs. The stairs going to the second floor are a bit steep for a person who uses a cane but perfectly manageable for any others. There are 3 beautifully decorated bathrooms in the house. The hot tub was clean and so was the gas grill. The outdoors had frisbee golf, horseshoe pits and a fire pit. Lovely home, serene surroundings - very nice. Our group of ladies enjoyed it very much.

The barnhouse was excellent and the master bathroom was great.

We were in Grand Junction for a bicycling and fully enjoyed the barnhouse. Gorgeous views of the CO Monument and the canal is magical. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and see the stars at night. LOTS of room at the house.

The farm house was spacious and full of amenities. The views at dawn and dusk were awesome!! The patio was where we spent are nights. The grill worked great and ping pong was a big hit with the group. The host stayed in contact and made sure we had everything we needed.

Made us feel like we were staying out in the country Off on a peaceful country road in a beautiful house shaped like a barn, so wonderful!! Love, Love, Love it.

This place is awesome! They did an amazing job with the build out, the kids loved it! We only stayed for the night, but we will definitely be back to make multiple days stay in the future!
