Newly renovated 6 BRs OSU Stadium&Expo, 2 FREE PARKING

Had a great time hanging out with family and friends. Being close to OSU campus was great.

The property is advertised as newly renovated, however, is the worst lipstick on a pig update I have ever seen. Nice light fixtures, however, a majority of the furniture has been swapped out with thrift store finds.The house was absolutely filthy. Bathrooms are disgusting, heater vents are covered in grime and dust, cabinets are absolutely gross, the walls & fake handrails were filthy.Parking is horrendous;advertised as two spaces, the listing itself states four - only one small sedan can actually fit. Two of the bedrooms and one of the baths is located in the basement- painted concrete and a handful of paper thin walls thrown up around the bathroom in between the two bedrooms . You must empty the dirty dehumidifier at least three times a day to avoid sleeping in a swamp, and still the paint will peel up on your feet when you walk around. The game room advertised that the kids were looking forward to, does not exist. Not a single game was to be found, much less a game room. The property is advertised as sleeping 14, but four of those sleeping spots are in the swampy basement. In addition - the dining area only seats six, there were only 11 plates, and a handful of small cheap pans that do not accommodate cooking for even a large family let alone 14 people. The listing fails to mention that the property is a duplex in a college neighborhood, so we were not prepared for the frat party on the other side of the wall that lasted until 4 AM. Way overpriced, zero value

Booked this cute & very updated place for a girls weekend & OSU tailgate gathering! Was perfect and roomy for myself and 7 other friends. House was within walking distance of OSU campus & The Shoe. Plenty of places to sleep, and plenty of linens provided. Would highly recommend & book again!

Parking options were initially unclear so had to call host for help; Manual/binder details did not match VRBO listing; Not all beds had top and bottom sheets and pillow cases; Cleaners were just coming out of property right at time of check-in; Kitchen backsplash appeared to be taped on; Encountered some sort of water leak in alley outside property that was flowing water throughout our entire stay; Property felt very warm at the time we arrived and took a while to cool down with air conditioning; Appreciated that fans and sound machines were provided; Not enough coffee mugs for all guests; Front door knob a little difficult to use; Liked convenience of being closer to Short North/downtown but neighborhood was just okay

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and seamless. House was exactily as listed and great for 13 of us to enjoy a Columbus weekend. Lots of restaurants ans bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
