Newly Renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home less than 1 mile to the beach

Very nice property, with a beautiful beach at just a 15 minute walk. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Host was very responsive and property was in excellent condition! Would highly recommend for easy access to the beach with all the amenities you would expect!

All in all, the property was amazing and the heated pool was great until heater broke down for a couple of days. PM was on top of it and had it repaired immediately. Only problem it took a couple more days to get the heat back up. All the ammenties that you need. PM also added the touch of real soap and shampoo. Awesome there was some supplies available such as coffee and creamer. Nice touch. I have added this property to my list of rentig again.

Wonderful home! The floor plan is excellent for a large group and the amenities provided could not have been better! So many beach chairs, bikes, cooler and more. Comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. Great communication with our host Michael and the location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had 4 young boys in our group that practically lived in the pool. This is an excellent vacation rental for families and groups - would definitely return.

The house was great and suited all of our needs. Tons of space and I can’t say enough about the host and how attentive he was if we had a question or needed something! Great beach accessories were provided and it was close to the beach. Great neighborhood where you could safely go for a bike ride or take a walk. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful week in this beautiful home. Only 5 mins drive from the beach and also bikes in the garage which we made use of to get around locally. The home is lovely and spacious and well equipped for bigger families. Pool was also a hit with the children. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

It’s a short 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. There are tons of grocery stores and dining within a few minute car ride. Michael at Naples trust was a wonderful manager and was very helpful leading up to and during our stay. I would recommend sparrows nest.

This house is perfect. It has all the acomodations for a group. All the different kind of markets are around. The beach is 4 mintes away by car. There is a lot of parking lot on the closed beach point (Beach State park )

We couldn't believe how comfortable this house slept all 9 of us. The location of every room in this house and every sliding door had a perfect location and purpose....it was crazy interesting if you took notice. The outdoor pool and patio with dining table and the bar area with TV to play music and the bag boards were a hit with everyone. The bikes in the garage were the best surprise and location to beach was a beautiful ride. Quiet neighborhood. Church and restaurants a hop, skip and jump away. Would definitely come back here. Michael was generous and communicative!! Thank you for making our family's trip to one of our son's graduations super memorable for us!

Location was walking distance to the beach. The property was clean and the inside was very spacious. Great pool and outside patio Highly recommend property!

Michael was an outstanding host

This house was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious, amazing air conditioning. Overall, it was excellent. You have a Publix and Walmart, less than 10 minutes. You can walk to the beach.

Location is ideal. All commodities are present. Home away from home. Manager provided clear communication. Overall great place to stay.

Our stay was pleasant and quiet. The neighborhood was fantastic. The house was clean and homely.

This home was exceptional and definitely exceeded our expectations! Went with a group of 8 friends for a get away and this home did not disappoint. On arrival the home was spotless, beautiful, and FULLY as described and more. There are amazing spots around the area and the nearby beach is beautiful. Also we found some nice fishing spots as well! The property owner was amazing and extremely responsive. Would recommend to anyone 10/10!
