Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Home

Great space near Hartwick College … very clean, plenty of area to spread out and wonderful to be able to bring the dog also! Nice sunset off back deck! House stocked with all the basics for cooking, plenty of towels, tvs, dishes, etc. Had a delicious dinner at Sloans close by. Excellent communication with host!

This adorable home is spacious, immaculate, so warm.and welcoming and perfectly located. We stayed the week for a Cooperstown tournament at All Star Village. Located a quick 5 minutes up the road, it may for very easy back and forth trips which is key to managing the crazy schedules of gsmes. Also, it is only 25 minutes to Hall of Fame. The beds could not be more comfortable, you have more bath towels then you'll ever need, and the giant washer dryer in the basement is fantastic. Mekayla is an incredibly accomodating host and goes out of her way to maje your stay just right. If i could give her and her home 10 stars, I would!!! Book early, this place will go fast!!

Perfect house! Stayed here for Dreams Park week (about a 20 minute drive). House was very spacious and clean, would definitely stay here again.Owner is very responsive if you have any questions.

Perfect stay for Cooperstown Allstar Village! House is located @ 7 min away. Host is very responsive. House was extremely clean.

We stayed here while our grandson was in the Cooperstown 12U Baseball Tournament. This house was very clean, lots of towels & comfortable beds. Bonus was that it was a very short drive to the ball diamonds. Host was very accommodating & responded quickly. Easy check in & out.

This was a perfect house for the week. A very short drive to All Star Village made it easy commute. The house was clean with plenty of towels and everything that we needed. Soft comfortable beds, would definitely try to get this house again if we were headed back!

If your child is playing at Cooperstown All Star Village, I highly recommend staying at this house. It's less than 5 miles away from the village, so extremely convenient to drive back and forth between games or if there's a rain delay. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of parking in the driveway. Just be aware that's it's on a main road so there is some noise from louder cars or trucks that drive by. It's pretty minimal at night though. All in all, it's a great property!

how was spotless, a lot of room, and extremely comfortable. it is about 20 mins from dreamspark but definitely worth the drive. if ever i come back i will stay again and i will be sure to tell my friends who are coming up to stay there

property was nice.. only issue we had was getting luggage inside it was either go through the grass or up the stairs, otherwise we loved it

The house is a reasonable distance from Dreams park. It was very clean and comfortable. Very grateful that we were able to bring the dog on vacation as he does not do well at kennels.
