My family was planning a New England fall trip, but we also wanted to check out some of the Massachusetts Coast. We landed on Rockport and wanted to have a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Once we arrived, the location was very easy to find with the use of the hosts guide and very detailed videos. There was an issue with the electronic lock to get into the home, but this was very quickly resolved thanks to the hosts quick response. Once we got into the home, everything was very clean and set up very nicely. We had pretty much everything we needed. Once we got upstairs, the views from the windows were incredible. And you can see the ocean from the second floor. That was wonderful to be able to see the sunrise and know that it was time to go check out the beach. The beach was literally just steps away And very easy to get to.The neighbors were wonderful and very kind. The town of Rockport is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely book again and stay at this lovely location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rockport home! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Back Beach and a quick stroll to Bearskin Neck’s shops, cafés, and galleries. The house itself is spotless (and cleanliness is huge for me!), stylish, and clearly just renovated with a perfect mix of coastal charm and modern comfort.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and we really appreciated having parking right out front (a total bonus in Rockport!). The beds were super comfortable, and the ocean breeze and view from the upstairs bedroom were amazing.It was perfect for our family — the hosts even thought of everything from toys to beach chairs and an extra air mattress. Communication was seamless and check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back to the Back Beach Bungalow!

Wonderful location!

Everything about our stay was perfect ! The house, its location to the beaches, town and the idyllic Millbrook Meadow Park. The check in was seamless, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely going back!

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Super easy to walk to the beach, shops, places to eat. House was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable and we were immediately able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Easy to take day trips to Salem and Boston. Our first trip to New England was amazing!

Comfortable updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and in working order. About a ten to fifteen minute walk will take you to the shops and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay! Rachel was absolutely wonderful, she ensured we had a smooth check-in, information about the town and recommendations galore. The house was exactly as pictured, if not better. The location could not have been better for getting to the beach and downtown. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a truly amazing family vacation at this sweet beach cottage. The proximity to the beach was more convenient than we even expected. Loved being able to spot the water from the second bedroom. The house was well appointed and comfortable for our family with young kids. We all had an unforgettable time at the beach and the cottage. We'll be back!

Everything about this house is perfection - everything is so nice and all new/renovated. So much space. We have stayed in a lot of cottages in Rockport and I would say this one is the nicest. My favorite part is the second floor laundry room/walk in closet right off of the master - again huge and just beautiful. The location is awesome - it's literally a 3 min easy walk to Front Beach and then a few more minutes and you are in the center of Town. My young daughter and I barely used the car which was nice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and it's on a little dead end street abutted by other lovely homes. It is so peaceful esp at night for sleeping. They have a nice little fire pit - make sure you bring wood if you want to do a fire. The check in is so organized and they have a page with video on everything you need to know about the house. If you do have a question though or need something the host is very responsive. We will definitely be back - thank you so much!

Wow! We are so glad we found this rental! Its located in the best possible lication in Rockport...walking distance to front beach, back beach, and to BearSkinNeck with all the shops and eateries! We walked to most places and it was a short drive to the cute town of Gloucester where we went whale watching. The rental property was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The furniture was super comfortable and we had great nights sleep! Cant wait to return!

This home was fantastic, both the home and location. It is a perfect location to explore and enjoy Rockport. The home was well done and maintained. We look forward to our next stay.

A charming, newly updated, light-filled house tucked away in a quiet corner of Rockport but within easy walking distance of beaches and town. Scrupulously clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen needs to be better equipped, for example with salad bowl and utensils, and bedrooms need to have racks for suitcases and chairs to sit in.

The property was as described! We were a bit taken a back at the parking as we had 2 cars and were told not to park in a space that seemed to be open while we were there. We did keep a vehicle there as it was not marked NO PARKING! The T.V. was a puzzle that we couldn't solve as remembering passwords was not described! Next time we will know! Rachel was INCREDIBLE her patience and immediate response was STELLAR!

We booked this property for a girls weekend with my 4 year old niece, sister, mom & myself. The house felt really safe and cozy, we loved the layout, having access to a washing machine and proximity to the charming town of Rockport. Check in & and out were super simple, the owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Three adults and two smallish dogs stayed at this wonderful house in Rockport. We could easily walk to shopping and beaches and then drove to a few places further away. The house had plenty of space for two couples and was extremely convenient. The neighbors next door were very nice and welcoming. I used the guidebook and had zero questions

this place is amazing!! the pictures give a very accurate representation of what to expect when you get there. such a great location so close to local beaches and shops. if youre looking for a place to stay and dont want to be driving your car around looking for parking, then this is the place to be. The house was super clean, easy to get to, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Rachel is an amazing host and was always there to answer any questions we could have had regarding our stay. She is super helpful and kind and we for sure will be back here! thank you so much Rachel & your lovely team :)
