Welcome to the SandBar in Wilmington NC! With two bedrooms featuring a king and a queen bed, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed. All 3 rooms have a smart TV, including one at the outdoor bar! Walk out onto the patio through the sliding glass doors from the King room or the living room to the patio. The patio will excite you with a hydro jet massage hot tub, fire table, comfortable patio furniture, covered bar with a smart TV, grill, hammock and corn hole boards. The King room has a full bathroom with Shower/Tub, glam room with vanity that has a straight iron/hair dryer in suite. The Queen bathroom has a walk in shower and can be accessed from the hallway as well. Perfect for guests. The living room has plenty of board games/cards and puzzles. We even have a new XBox with 2 remotes and a wireless headset. We have your beach day covered with chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, surf board, sand toys, outdoor toys and some surprises. Full kitchen with fun small appliances- French press and drip coffee, electric tea kettle, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and blender for those margaritas or protein shakes. Farm table dining area with room for 6. Quiet family friendly neighborhood located in Pebble Cove. Fully “tall” fenced in yard for privacy/and your small dog. Walking/Bike path to Mayfaire and nearby grocery, gym, restaurant or just exploring. 2 Bicycles included for your leisure.
