Stayed Jul 19, 2025Loved our stay here. We’ve been renting for several summers at OIB and the owner is by far the most responsive and helpful. House layout is great - appreciate that the upstairs master is not right off the kitchen as in other homes. Will be back!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Great location and property. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. We had an issue with the grill and he sent us a brand new grill the same day. The house is great and very close to the beach access.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This property was exceptional. Lots of room for our family vacation. Updated and well stocked kitchen. Close to beach access. Backyard grass for little ones to get out and play. Love that towels and sheets were included. Lots of extras like beach chairs and sand toys were available. Large parking area. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Such a delightful place to stay and spend time with our family. You could not have better location from the house. The only downside was the beach because we were unaware that you can only have umbrella instead, no tent allowed. Your place was very accommodating for our large family. Couldn’t ask for a nicer home to stay.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The house was perfect for our family of 9 people (7 adults/2 kids). House was exceptionally clean and the location to the beach was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable which is not always the case with beach rentals. It is apparent the owners take great pride in maintaining their property and in providing a hassle free experience to their guests. Luke was very responsive and helpful. Our best beach rental experience in many years. Highly recommend Smile and Wave.
