Carolina Comfort - Lower has a King bed in the oceanfront primary bedroom with on suite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins in the third and two sets of bunkbeds in the fourth. All of these are on the same level. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated, and the deck is so big that you'll want to spend all of your time outdoors. This home has Streaming TV only, and a charcoal grill is provided. You'll also enjoy rinsing the salt and sand away in the outdoor shower.

Parking: Parking for three vehicles on the left side of the property with the Bryant Real Estate Sign.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
