Newly Remodeled Modern House with Pool - Pet-Friendly

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, safe. Beautiful pool (the deep end is quite deep). Armin was a great. Excellent communication, very responsive.

The hot water takes a long time to get hot. This house is right across the street from a school, so drop off and pick up times are challenging, 7-9am and 1-6PM. Parents partially blocked the driveway sometimes. There were 11 hangers for a 3 BR house. Yard is mostly pool and your dog is not allowed in the pool area so not much yard. Someone takes out the trash and recycling. This means that the gate to the side yard is opened, maybe propped open while the cans are taken out and then back in. They were brought in 1 at a time as they were picked up. This is a lot of dog escape opportunities. I had to call to get trash/pool and gardener service days and when I expressed concerns about the gate opening so much was told I could find another house to stay in.The cookie sheets were in the oven, glad I checked! There is a giant glass window by the front door that is not covered. Airplanes flew over pretty constantly, not overly loud, but definitely noticeable.The garage is not accessible. Friday night sports events at nearby schools are kind of loud but don't go late. The beds were comfortable. The oven and other appliances all worked.

The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were visiting to checkout CSUN. The location was very convenient to the campus and restaurants. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing home! The pool was fantastic, and the kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family spent 10 days while we had to clean out our childhood home following the passing of our father this summer. It was a comfortable, clean and welcoming environment to rest and reminisce together as a family. Thank you for your hospitality and providing an inviting home to spend time together.

We had an amazing stay at this home! The pool was definitely the highlight — sparkling clean and fully stocked with toys and everything you need for a fun pool day. It was such a treat to be able to grill poolside while the kids played.I was initially a little concerned about the house being pet-friendly, but those worries disappeared as soon as we walked in. The home was immaculately clean with a fresh, yummy scent that wasn’t overwhelming at all.The bedrooms were perfectly set up for our group (three adults and three kids aged 5, 6, and 7). Everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable the whole time.The location was also a huge plus! We easily made day trips to Disneyland, the Ronald Reagan Library, and the Santa Monica Pier — it was the perfect home base for exploring Southern California.Can’t wait to come back — this place is a gem!

Lovely home, with all you could need for cooking and hosting. The pool was clean and cool, plenty of goggles and pool toys. The sun umbrella had a Cantalier so it was easy to keep in the shade. I definitely will stay here again

This home was very homey and simple to find. We appreciate all the supplies available in the home, clearly the host wanted all ppl to feel at home. Beds were comfortable and it was a safe community. Only suggestion- bath mat in the shower for elderly- our grandmother had difficulty standing in the shower due to slippery tile.
