Newly remodeled coastal cottage 3 blocks from the water!

This was a repeat stay for us - we love this comfortable and beautiful house. It has everything you need and is in a great location. And the host is always responsive to any questions we have.

This was our second visit to the property. Wonderful, relaxing stay once again. JT was very accommodating to allow us to arrive early and to check out a little later than normal. We absolutely love the spot & all of the accommodations. We’ll definitely be back very soon.

The host ensured that we were able to access the house. The home was recently remodeled and had all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious with each having its own bathroom. The host was very communicative and responded quickly when we had any questions. Located close to the seaside and many nice restaurants.

This was our 2nd stay here and I’m looking forward to staying again sometime. Central to everything and it’s such a peaceful location. Beautifully done and so clean.

You couldn't get a better host! I'd leave a six star rating if I could. The home was clean, everything was considered. I would go so far as to say you didn't need to bring anything but your own food. The host is extremely responsive and cares that your stay is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This property is a perfect place to stay while in the Rock Port area. The house is very cute a very well maintained. It is perfect for 2 couples, with its 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom. There is also a great place to sit and visit outside under the carport. The 4 of us just loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home. Very nice place

Second stay at this property. We love the house very beautiful! Only thing I would add is a vanity and more mirrors for getting ready. Also wish it was colder. After a long day on the water it gets a bit warm at night. Don’t know if it’s the settings of the air conditioning. Other than that it’s a wonderful property

Cute house just a few blocks away from the water. Nice layout, great outdoor seating that is quiet and shady. We enjoyed the quaint and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean & very modern.

House was beautiful, very clean space, great amenities, host was amazing at communication, and it was good area to stay. There were multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The fishing pier was about a mile from the house. Rockport beach park was less than 10 mins away.

Great job on renovations that were completed on the house. JT was very responsive and extremely hospitable. My wife and I loved the generosity of the snacks and beverages waiting for us upon arrival. They were very accommodating with allowing an early check in and because they didn’t have a guest booked immediately following us, we were able to check out later. Wonderful service! This was a Mother’s Day surprise trip for my wife which included a guided fish outing. It was a HUGE success! We will definitely be back again, real soon. Very relaxing!

My sister and I came down from Austin for a little vacation and to celebrate my birthday. The property is clean and newly renovated. Appliances are top notch and renovations were tastefully done to turn this older cottage into the perfect little spot for rest and relaxation! Includes everything you need. Owners were great to work with and left some personal touches to really make us feel welcome. Will recommend to my friends and family.
